Ottimo hotel per la posizione centrale, per la comodità del parcheggio e per la bellissima hall. La camera dava sul Lunapark aperto fino alle 23, l'hotel avrebbe dovuto segnalarlo sul sito. Avendo un bambino piccolo è un particolare non da poco, ilnon è stato possibile cambiare camera. La camera e il bagno seppur puliti non avevano un buon odore. |

staff were friendly,town centre location, clean and has good parking facilities. No full breakfast facility prior to 8 am while other hotels in the vicinity were serving from 7.30,no leisure facilities, main bar a bit disjointed from reception, hotel or street would not come up on sat nav . |

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find the quality of the hotel was far better then I anticipated considering the room rates available.The staff were cheerful and helpful.The location is ideal.I would have no problem recommending the hotel to a friend. |

It's convenience to all the natural ammenities of the area, and, it's location in the centre of town No air-conditioning. our room was stiflingly hot, and when I asked, the hotel did not have even a fan to offer to me, saying all their fans were already out. they made no attemp to get a fan, so I had to go and purchase one myself, otherwise, we would not have been able to stay in that room. |

The very spacious room,(421), the friendliness and assistance by the staff and the lovely decor. I also was very impressed with the breakfast choice. |

location and entertainment it was supposed to be non smoking and there was ash tray in the room and there was a smoking odor from the room despite the door being opened on arrival |

we came on the occassion of my fiancee's birthday and I really appreciated the upgrade and all the service we got from the very beginning. Anette at the front desk was full of energy and optimism as she was just back from her honeymoon and it was great |

The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom & power shower. Bar and dining area very relaxing with nice music playing. Location is great and right in the city centre. Parking facilities very close and free to residents. Very trendy place, breakfast lovely !! Couldn't fault the place, very enjoyable stay. |

Very centrally located, walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs! All the staff are very friendly & helpful! there's plenty parking under the hotel & you wont have to worry about parking!! the only fault we could find with our stay was it was our second stay in the hotel and our on our first visit we stayed in the 'new' part of the hotel & it was so gorgeous we could not wait to stay again, however we were in the older side on our last visit & although it was clean it wasn't half as nice!I would recommend to anyone...only ask for a new room!! |
