+ Location, just a couple blocks from the bus/train station. + Breakfast was very good, excellent selection. + Quiet and comfortable. - a bit pricey, but average for Ireland economy. |

Christmas decorations gave a lovely look to the hotel and the receptionist was very welcoming. Bar staff during residence bar was not very friendly |

Very convenient location in Town Centre with free guest Car Parking. Excellent friendly Staff. Good Breakfast. Website showed beautiful modern style rooms which we thought we'd booked but these were not available when we arrived. Room was very nice and comfortable - but not as shown. (Low season and some facilities were closed). Could do with better signage for the Hotel and the invaluable car parking. |

The staff were very good and helpful. The fact that the car park is not accessible from inside the hotel. It was hard to get a plain sandwich after 7p.m. |

Right in the centre of the town, the staff were very helpful with regards to parking and tourist information. There was a breakfast in bed option for just €5 extra, which was most welcome to us. |

Good quality hotel in a great location, good service. Good free parking right in the centre of Killarney Really should be easier to find with more signage visible from the road. We considered arriving late but glad that we didn't as it would be even harder to find in the dark. |
