Sean was very hospitable and cooked a mean breakfast. It was very tidy and it was a lovely stay. He even drove me to the golf course to meet up with my husband.
We had a very good time .The Breakfast was very good , Sean is very friendly and told us all about the area ,where to visit and the best rout to take . If we go to the Kerry again we would stay with him again .
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room .

A short ride into Ballybunion Great location for seeing other Ring of Kerry locations Amazing scenery
The owner , Sean was friendly and very informative. He made us feel so much at home and could not do enough for us. The room was exactly as described and Sean even brought us coffee a few times when we returned from our pursuits. Gentleman
Sean couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. He loved sharing his knowledge of the area with us when asked. Since we were at his B&B for a week, we felt that he became a friend. The location is terrific and quiet!

Sean was a great host, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were down to take part in Ballybunion 10k and he was very accommodating and gave us a late check out time. Tea and biscuits on arrival was also appreciated. Lovely breakfast. We will stay here again!
Sean was an excellent host, very friendly and accomodating. the beds were incredibly comfortable.the wifi connection was excellent.2minute drive from town and easy to find.
would have made it a perfect stay to have tea/coffee facilities available in room or, as experienced in other b&b's, in a communal area.sean was happy to make us tea in the evening but to not have to disturb the host would be good
Wonderful welcome, cosy room, great information about the area from the host, beautiful view of pastures and the sea.
Sean was an excellent host from the second the 6 of us turned up on his door step ( 3 teenage girls and an 19 month baby who was not well ) house was all you would want for yourself and the breakfast done us for our 300 mile journey , will go again when in the area . Thanks Sean
