When I arrived in my room on probably the coldest night of the year so far my room was freezing as the radiators had not been switched on!!!

The staff were friendly accommodation was spacious . It was well positioned for touring purposes but nothing else stood out. Quite austere for a normal holiday - more suited to business people with the type of decor and prices. Food quite expensive with.not many cheaper choices. No one on duty at night or even in the hotel with you other than guests.

The staff were knowlegable re the area and places to see, also very friendly. Large comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent My only difficulty was getting hot water, apparently they had a problem and I do have to say this was fixed on my last night there

friendly staff /nice location/ would have liked traditional irish breakfast although what we did have was good. maybe a refurb would encourage me to stay again.
