Our Palace Bar is located opposite Athlone Castle on the Left Bank area of Athlone and is recognized as a landmark which combines Old World charm with style. There’s a DJ every weekend. The Palace Bar is also home to the Athlone Folk Club.

Enjoy a unique dining experience in the quiet and peaceful ambience of the An Luain Restaurant. An Luain is renowned in the midlands for its excellent cuisine and complete with conservatory makes this the perfect location for small private lunches or dinner parties. In our function room we can cater for all occasions such as christenings, family gatherings, business lunches, group tours and dinner dances. Our Banqueting Suite, beautifully designed and carefully planned for Weddings is spacious and modern.
Our team of Chefs have a passion for producing the finest dishes with only the best of local produce. Both groups and individuals are welcome. With plenty of car parking available, free of charge, it is the idea spot for Sunday Lunch, or even a romantic dinner for two.
