Das Hotel ist in direkter Nähe zum Flughafen Shannon gelegen. Außerdem sind die Zimmer groß und der Preis war mit 59,- wirklich fair! verschlissene Einrichtungen, notdürftig überstrichene Wände, das zum Hotel gehörende Pub ist ziemlich dreckig. Nachts außerdem seh laut. |

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist sehr gut. Wir hatten einen frühen Flug um 6:30 und brauchten bis zum Flughafen nur etwa 5-10 Minuten. Wir haben eine Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, aber ein Raucher erhalten. |

In diesem Hotel gabe es einen urigen Pub. Leider werden im Hotelrestaurant wie auch im Pup ausschließlichasiatische Speisen angeboten. |

Great location 5 minutes from Shannon airport. Hotel room was clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Courteous staff and great value. We will stay there again when flying out of Shannon.We did not have breakfast due to early flight, and room price was reduced. |

The room was clean and the service efficient The catering facilities were pretty awful. The 'Pub' was scruffy and not very clean- the wine glasses we were given were unclean and we had to ask for fresh ones. The chinese restaurant had edible food but very very expensive - a '3-course' set meal had tea or coffee as one of the courses! |

They were friendly and called a cab for us and also did a wake up call in the morning. Very quiet. No free breakfast. Ate an evening meal there and found that the restaurant was tasty but pricey. I wish these hotels would give you a sheet not just a comforter. The weather was pretty warm out and that left the room a bit warmer than we would have liked for sleeping comfortably. |

due to the late arrival/delay of our flight we did not arrive untill 00.30hrs. The night staff were very helpful and everything was ready upon our eventual arrival. We had to leave before breakfast so i am unable to comment on any of the other facilities The only thing of note is something that was mentioned on another review and that is the excessive noise from an extractor unit near to the main entrance. I was awoken early by this unit. |

Staff very friendly. Good proximity in relation to airport. Decent enough food, and prices. Would recommend if problems I list were rectified, especially investment in better mattresses!! Lack of TV channels/screen size small, low quality mattress which resulted in backache! Better beds means better sleep means happier guests, which means they book again! Band in bar very loud.Had to go outside to talk, and had to shout drinks orders.Venue too small for amp to be turned up so high. |

Free WiFi in the lobby. When I checked out the receptionist didn't give me a receipt because the computer wasn't working. Instead of being apologetic, her attitude was: It's not my fault; deal with it. |

Near to the airport. Big room with big bathroom (with bath). Lift. Possibility to have breakfast and diner. Pub also located in the hotel.Good ratio price/quality. Good place to stay for 1 night but I would not choose this one for longer stays. I took the cab to go to the hotel : 12 eur!!!!!! For 4 kms.... |

The staff was lovely and attentive (with one exception which I will write below) and the room was clean, comfortable and cozy. A gentleman was asked to give us a wake up call and did not. We almost missed our flight home. This was not the ladies at the reception desk; this was a gentleman in charge after hours. |
