One cannot charge anything to your room food or bar and as it is an International Airport hotel full payment is demanded on signing register.They have a Chinese restaurantand when you have breakfast it tastes like chinese |

Myself and two friends stayed one night and we had a great night in the bar. There were two young men playing and they were excellent. We stayed in the bar until 2 am and the night porter Ray was very nice and he chatted with us until we went to bed. He was at the door to say goodbye to us in the morning. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you and thanks to the musicians. |

The atmosphere during the evening in the pub of the hotel (live concert, cheap drink, ...) The hotel is far away from the airport (+- 5 Km) so a taxi is needed in the evening. |

close to the airport. Very very basic. a bit too simple for me. No shampoo, few towels, not at all "above basic". I did like the location close to the airport. It was also very clean but certainly "worn and a bit shabby". Met all of my needs. Thank you. |

Excellent choice if travelling via Shannon Airport. Comfortable and clean rooms, and choice of restaurants on site. Great value |

convenient to the airport No sign out front, Had to go in and ask if it was the right place. The sign is for a Chinese restaurant. Also the restaurants are confusing. Two menus--but you have to sit in the bar if you order off the one menu |

Great location 5 minutes from Shannon airport. Hotel room was clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Courteous staff and great value. We will stay there again when flying out of Shannon.We did not have breakfast due to early flight, and room price was reduced. |

I thought the value was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. I just wish the cleaning staff hadn't woken us up at 8 a.m. |

The room was clean and the service efficient The catering facilities were pretty awful. The 'Pub' was scruffy and not very clean- the wine glasses we were given were unclean and we had to ask for fresh ones. The chinese restaurant had edible food but very very expensive - a '3-course' set meal had tea or coffee as one of the courses! |

They were friendly and called a cab for us and also did a wake up call in the morning. Very quiet. No free breakfast. Ate an evening meal there and found that the restaurant was tasty but pricey. I wish these hotels would give you a sheet not just a comforter. The weather was pretty warm out and that left the room a bit warmer than we would have liked for sleeping comfortably. |

due to the late arrival/delay of our flight we did not arrive untill 00.30hrs. The night staff were very helpful and everything was ready upon our eventual arrival. We had to leave before breakfast so i am unable to comment on any of the other facilities The only thing of note is something that was mentioned on another review and that is the excessive noise from an extractor unit near to the main entrance. I was awoken early by this unit. |

Staff very friendly. Good proximity in relation to airport. Decent enough food, and prices. Would recommend if problems I list were rectified, especially investment in better mattresses!! Lack of TV channels/screen size small, low quality mattress which resulted in backache! Better beds means better sleep means happier guests, which means they book again! Band in bar very loud.Had to go outside to talk, and had to shout drinks orders.Venue too small for amp to be turned up so high. |

Free WiFi in the lobby. When I checked out the receptionist didn't give me a receipt because the computer wasn't working. Instead of being apologetic, her attitude was: It's not my fault; deal with it. |

Near to the airport. Big room with big bathroom (with bath). Lift. Possibility to have breakfast and diner. Pub also located in the hotel.Good ratio price/quality. Good place to stay for 1 night but I would not choose this one for longer stays. I took the cab to go to the hotel : 12 eur!!!!!! For 4 kms.... |
