O que mais gostei foi que pela manha eu tinha uma entrevista, e todos os taxis da cidade estavam de greve. Porem, para me ajudar um funcionario do hotel me levou ate a empresa a qual prestei a entrevista. |

Hotel calmo e sem problemas de barulho Melhorar a restauração no sentido de oferecer uma alimentação natural em detrimento da enlatada, em especial a fruta. O pão deveria ser mais caseiro e tradicional. |

Convenience to Shannon airport, major highways, and Bunratty castle. Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was comfortable. Rate was very affordable. |

the proximity to the airport is excellent and the staff were helpful and willing the first no smoking room was gross and the smell of old cigarettes was terrible |

The room had everything you would need and was excellent value for money. Would recommend it to anyone. We could clearly hear the people talking in the next room even though they were not particularly raucous. |

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Shannon airport, without being too close. I was not so impressed with breakfast. |

I liked the location , very good value for mony, when I had truble operating the shawer the yong recetionist at the desk was not affraid to get herself wet in order to make sure I could enjoy my shwer. |

Friendly staff and very helpful. Nice setting and was very close to public transport and business/industrial estate. Very vague instructions to find the hotel, the map location is inaccurate and the hotel is located off Ballycasey roundabout instead of opposite the Oakwood Arms Hotel. |
