the staff at this joyful hotel were from what could gather mostly family both immediate and distant , this gave a character to a beautiful old style hotel, excellant service, friendly and attentive staff and a delightful dinner and superb breakfast, truly a gem of a find and i will be going back .

The staff were really friendly...the breakfast was really nice .... It's the worst "hotel" we have ever stayed in...... In fact we didn't get to actually stay in the hotel at all.... More like a hostel at the opposite side of the street is where our room was... We went to check in after getting our bags out of our car only to be informed that we had to take our bags accross the street to our room... Our coats were in the car we just parked as we hadnt intended on having to leave the hotel... Our room was freezing .... Heating was on full but the room was Baltic ... We rang reception and complained to be told that the hotel was full and that's the only room we could have...in general it was completely run down, dirty, dated..... We paid €99 to stay here....:( where we stayed was not a hotel... No bar facilities no food etc..... It was a house opposite the hotel with beds it's in it ....:( we have stayed in 5 star hotels for less.... Very disappointed to say the least ...

O'Shea's Hotel is such a unique experience as a hotel, when most are indistinguishable from each other. It matches them for the usual criteria, but surpasses them for its distinct flavour, hospitality, and attention to detail. Nothing

The atmosphere, great location, near the sea. Breakfast very good. Room in the annex was a little cold and the frosted glass window hid what was a nice coastal view.

This family run business feels more like I'm visiting friends. They are kind, friendly helpful and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend O'Shea's Hotel. I enjoyed the food, the music, the ambiance, my clean and comfortable room and best of all the wonderful smiling faces,
