After coming from Ashford Castle we just expected a nice room. However the room was beautiful. The wood panelling made a lovely change and was warm and cosy and inviting. We were made very welcome and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was A+. If it had not been for Mary we would never have made it to the Skellig Islands so I am forever indebted to her as this was once in a lifetime chance. The B&B was peaceful and relaxing, good for a nanna nap and within walking distance of the township. Mary provided us with plenty of ideas on what to do on our spare day and was of great assistance and knowledge. Would go again.

Loved everything about this B&B. This accomodation is as good as you'll get in any 4-star hotel, but with a more personal touch. Super view from our room, excellent information from our host, Mary, on the area.

    Impossible question.

Mary was very helpful arranging a boat trip for us to Skellig Michael, including a last minute change when we wanted to go a different day. She also gave great suggestions for other activities around Portmagee. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Rooms were very comfortable with a great view.
