The selection of channels and the user functionality of the tele/internet in the bedroom. The bar food wasn't great either, though the other food was fine. |

We were treated to an automatic upgrade to a delux room which we were not expecting! This was a wonderful surprise..thanks . There are too many elevators to take to get anywhere in the hotel. Extremely poor design and layout of lifts. |

The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous.The staff were so friendly and efficient.Service excellent.Room was so big and the bed was at least 6 foot.You can access Athlone town shopping centre from reception.I have been to many hotels but this by far was the best and will definately be returning.Attended a wedding there. |

The hotel was of a very high standard. The family room was excellent. The location in the town centre meant we did not have to leave the hotel complex to shop. Free parking was an added bonus. The pool was great. The bar food was very good. |

We found the location good. The reception staff were excellent. Also the spa excellent and very relaxing. The staff there very helpfull. We found some of the staff untrained as in the Resturant and cleaning of rooms. We got our breakfast to the room on the first morning terrible all dried up and cold. Breakfast in general not great. There evening meal was very good, but the staff let it down. Training needed badly!!!!! |
