Всем были довольны. Сауна была жаркая. Ванная - чистая. Номер 453 - замечательный. Завтрак - вкусный. Бассейн - глубокий. Душ - напористый. Персонал - улыбчивый. Лифты - быстрые. Интернет - работал.

Mostly evertything, The gym facilities and pool was modern and well equipped, the bedroom (except the pillows) beds, etc was great, the staff and facilities were second to none, The room rates for the mid term break were really great value, The breakfast was awesome fresh and plenty, the dining staff were very helpful and cheerful. We are planning a family return trip to the Sheraton already. Than you for a very enjoyable experience. I did not like the pillows in the bedroom, It may sound petty but when one gets used to sleeping with a firm pillow, then soft pillows are not desireable. Perhaps even supplying one or two firm pillows would have been great.

The breakfast was cold and very poor service with itr. However I have stayed here on many occassions and never experienced this before so it was maybe just a once off occassion.

We were on a hen with 17 girls. The hotel staff were so welcoming to us. The rooms were nicely designed with luxury toiletries in the stylish bathrooms. The service was fantastic. The hotel is well laid out with a great residents bar away from other guests to continue your night as long as you want. The night manager even provided us with sambos! I will defo go back on a shoping trip as there is a great shopping center just attached to the hotel and the town is outside the front door. Thank you so much for everything Sheraton Athlone!!!

If you had anything negative to say, it was resolved to the customers satisfaction!! Excellent communication* type people skills** from reception staff...lovely hotel!! Would recommend it for short breaks, an shopping trips..

Fabulous Staff on the front desk always ready to help with a smile . Wi Fi didnt work in first room and I was immediatly moved to new room . Ease of access and parking a pleasure . Super leisure facilities .Great value for money .

Very big comfortable beds, perfect location for out of hotel restaurants, night life etc. pool is lovely and relaxing. Staff were so friendly There was nothing I didnt like about the hotel

We were bowled over by the lovely warm reception when booking in to the hotel and were more than surprised to be allocated a lovely room on a high floor as requested. We had free access to secure underground car parking and internet 24 hours. As the town is quite small we spent most of the daytime hours out and about sightseeing and visitedthe oldest pub in Ireland!!! We felt the bar food could have been more varied and perhaps a fire and some music would have given more atmosphere to the first level of the hotel. However, the T.v was adequate to entertain us and the leisure facilities were very comprehensive even though we didnt get tome to avail of them.

Perfect location in the heart of the town, connected to the shopping centre, restaurants and bars down every side street. Free parking a bonus. Stylish bedroom and ensuite, attractive modern decor overall in the hotel. Saturday evening entertainment in the bar... for the older crowd though! Breakfast in the restaurant had really good selection. Staff were so polite and really helpful, every one smiling! I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was amazing as usual, had a lovely stay, hope to be back soon. Everything was perfect, only thing was we asked for a late checkout 1pm the night before and we were rang at 12.15 to see if we were checking out, only a minor mistake, didn't disturb the fact we had a lovely stay.

Th hotel was very nice but the picture on booking .com was totally different then the room we actually got which was very disapointing as I was looking foward to the room that was advertised .other then that it is a lovely hotel
