Hotel was very relaxing and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and a times difficult to leave. Food in the restaurant was terrible, soo disapointing because for such lovely setting and being ina 5star hotel you would expect it to be great. Bar food was o.k but way over priced, and wait staff very slow.. for this i dont think i would be back, and its a pity because its a lovely hotel. |

Loved the relax atmosphere, the spa and the food. When house keeping call to clean your room we ask if they could come back later and it didn't go down well & room was never done. |

Rooms are excellent with huge, comfortable beds. Nice pool and grounds. Breakfast at €25 is too expensive. Cheaper options were unavailable or not mentioned. |

Hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Nice location. Very nice to children. Hotel overrated. food, wine very expensive. Had dinner and steak was very burned and needed a chainsaw to cut it. Complained it and got it for half price. Breakfast cost 25 euro and it was just ok. Nothing fresh just cooked earlier and toast was cold. Booked and paid for a deluxe room and seemed to be no different to a standard room. |

The staff were very welcoming, the surroundings and hotel decor were excellant.I Attended my friends wedding and the room layout was amazing I was dissappointed with the pool,I have stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels and there was a sauna and steam room available to use but in this hotel you had to pay to use these facilities |

The hotel was the best we had ever stayed in. Could not fault it. The staff were extremely helpful couldn't do enough for you. The fota restaurant we ate in on our first night was excellent, really high standard. The bathroom was huge and so was the king sized bed, really comfy. Definately recommend them to anyone holidaying in Cork. |

I liked everything at this hotel! This was my second visit and it was a good as ever. The staff are excellent from the minute you arrive until the time you depart. Due to its location and facilities, this hotel give you the choice of what type of break you want like shopping, relaxation and tourism! What more could you as for!! |

Staff were friendly and the hotel was fully up to Sheraton specs. 2 Beds pushed together to make one. Suprisingly, however they did not pull apart and it was not uncomfortable. |

As my wife & I were in transit, we only stayed overnight & regret we did not have more time.Loved the tranquil atmosphere of lounge,Bar & Dining room.Enjoyed a quick swim in your beautiful pool. Will definately return for a few days to enjoy all your wonderful facilities including some golf ! As we were leaving our room at 12.05 to check out, we received a call to remind us of checkout time. While the lady was polite I feel it would be more tactful to delay such calls until 12.15.We always check out on time, but got a little delayed due to receiving a phone call--this action left a sour taste with us. |

quiet, peaceful, country location, 10 minute drive to Cork city, access to east county cork, Cobh, Cork Harbour area. Cork Harbour sites accessable from Fota Island. computerised fridge in room offered overly priced goods. (Mars bar cost €2) no shuttle bus to City or Cork Harbour trips. breakfast advertised €25 each, bring your own ceral & milk !! no lane in swim pool so you mix with families/kids!! |

Excellent hotel with top class service Breakfast not up to some other hotels of this class. I prefer to have my hot breakfast freshly made and serviced to the table as opposed to the buffet style |
