The young man on reception from Donegal was the most helpful, friendly and courtious person I have meet in a long time, chatty without being in your face and considerate to a fault - he's a real keeper!!!!
The fact that breakfast wasn't included in the price, but the price was so good l can't really complain.
During our one night stay at the hotel it rained which was really nice, until the water started draining off the roof into the rain gutter making an anoyying water drip sound that lasted all night.
the walls must be so thin, kept awake all night with the man next door snoring all night
location was great with parking a bit of an inconvenience and confusion. The staff, room and breakfast were all good.
This hotel is right above a night club that has techno music playing until late hours but worse than that, our room was right over the back alley where bar staff would drag empty beer barrels late into the night.
Nice Hotel. Good Location.
Nightclub went on to 2.30am and was very loud! Did not get much sleep even though we booked a quiet room.
location, location. its so convenient right near bus and rail station.will defiantly stay here again, the staff especially the receptionist and the girls serving breakfast were very helpful. the skiff bar was great craic and we could not hear any noise from the bar in our room.
we spent a lot of money in the bar and there was no discount for food or drinks.
I left my phone in the hotel and Lisa in reception made it her business to make sure I got it back asap, an outstanding example of great customer service
Location. Staff. Breakfast.
No parking. Noisy - so ask for a quiet room. Can't drop off at/drive to front of hotel at certain times (street closes during certain hours).
Excellent value. Lovely Brekfast room overlooking Eyre Square. Perfect location. Very clean and neat
Noise from Disco, subdued but audible
Big room plenty of space to move. Fabulous breakfast.
Clean & spacious room/central location
Night club prevent quality sleep before 2am
No fuss bed for the night in city centre with clean and quiet room
tv and phone in room didn't work
Location good. Friendly staff. Price good for been in the heart of the city. Would definitely stay again.
1. great location close to train/bus/coach stations, city center, Galway Bay and restaurants 2. nice breakfast with choices 3. clean and comfortable 4. friendly and helpful staff
Found it very convenient as everything was near within walking distance.
That we could not stay longer
-Noise -Smelly lift -Not great level of quality for the price
Excellent location. Close to train station and shops Staff were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return again at Christmas.
Wi fi reception was poor overall and not reliable.
Free wifi, great location, extremely helpful staff.
Club nearby is convenient, but remember to securely close the windows or it gets really loud.
Dormish room at a 4star price.
The location was excellent! Right in the center of the square- not even a two minutes walk from the bus station, main shopping street, restaurants, everything you needed was right there! No need for taxis! If you don't feel up to staying in the area they have tons of buses and bus tours to the Cliffs of Moher, the Aryn Islands, etc. Lovely staff, very cheery and very helpful, and they really cared to make sure you had everything you needed!
The only complaint I have is that we could hear the music coming from the pub downstairs that's connected to the hotel until 2 AM, even though our room was meant to be in the quiet section. It wasn't that big of a deal as it wasn't that loud and we could fall asleep, but it was a bit annoying.
The hotel was nice, comfy, clean, and located right in the city centre. Breakfast was superb, and stuff was kind as it can be
Great location. Great food. Breakfast was delicious - fresh baked warm scones both mornings. Rooms had airconditioning which was a plus for us as it was warm while we were there. Centrally located in Eyre Square which made walking to places very easy.
nothing .. all excellent
Lovely hotel. Would def stay there again.
No car park
