Poorly decorated rooms - I have not encountered a blanket on my bed in a 4-star hotel in 10 years! The coverlet was stained and dated, the hotel food was of poor quality and vegetables were not served until we had almost finished our main course. The shower alternated between boiling hot and tepid. Staff on the desk were unfriendly. I will not return. |

Friendly staff - breakfast should be included. Put in ground floor where there was a party going on down the hall. Why don't they put guests at party on this floor. |

Smoking rooms available if you want them Quality of room service food was very poor, and they charged an additional fee to bring it to your room, this may have been on the roomservice menu but I cant remember seeing it. |

It was clean. I did not think that it deserved a four star rating. 3 would have been generous. Also, it is in the suburbs and there are hotels in the city centre in a similar price range that have far superior furnishings, comfort and services. |

Price. Convenient for my appointment. Seemed pretty deseted. Restaurant didn't open. Cream Room did but had no one in it. Bar had very few punters. |

The cold tap was not working in my room. I asked them to fix this but they didnt. Hence I had to use hot water to brush teeth, could not cool water down for washing etc. |
