I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel room, the crisp white sheets were a hit with me just like new. I was also very impressed with the waiting staff at breakfast, it was so busy and yet everyone was well looked after. |

it was good value for money, also i was going to a concert in limerick and they had arranged a shuttle bus for guests going to it at a small cost we ate in the bar, it only had carvery but they said they had a full menu. and alot of the tables werent cleared so it was difficult to find one. also there was a large bin with over flowing food in the bar!! they could really consider employing more waiting staff!! the bar just seemed chaotic and not in a good way! |

Our room was upgraded to a suite as the first room we were given had not been cleaned from the previous night. Too far outside city. |

Good comfortable hotel. Location good for travellers who want to be close to the city but not in the centre. Parking facilities good. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The security seemed good. The proximity of a small shopping centre was helpful. The desk service though p-rompt was not particularly friendly The cost of breakfast was outrageous |

Room rate was good. the room, especially the bathroom could have been cleaner and the staff could have been a bit friendlier. We could have been told that our room was overlooking the buzy main road |

Family room rate was very good value. Wifi internet access didn't work in the room and reception couldn't do anything about it. Also I felt I had to ask for everything twice. Initial response was always "sorry but can't...." |

The room I was given was sub standard, There were marks all over the walls, even holes in them that were filled with cement. A lick of paint wouldn't have gone astray. I went down to complain and asked to move. I booked this as a 4 star hotel and was told it was only 3 star. They moved me to a new room and while this was bigger, it still wasn't the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. |

The room for 3 adults was a good size and clean. It was a very noisy place on a Saturday night with guests at a function using the hotel corridor as a thoroughfare. The number of security personal constantly marching through the common areas on Saturday evening raised my concerns about security risks. The gym was in an appalling condition and was not cleaned from when i used it on Saturday to Sunday. Where were the treadmills? |

The proximity to the city was good. We were woken by extremely loud music at 8am in the morning. The room was shaking. We were told by reception that there was a dancing competition in the function room beneath our room. Despite getting a reduction in the price of the room we were not impressed. |

The bed was comfortable. The staff that cleans the rooms were very friendly. First of all this hotel should be 3 stars and sometimes it is in the bordeline with 2. Front desk staff is not friendly.I asked for quiet room and didn't get it.I had to ask again and they gave it to me. Overall the hotel is ok if you get a price offer throught internet, if not I wouldn't recommend it. |

Space in the rooms, especially for the 2 children to play around The food was not too great. We would have preferred the cooked breakfast to be prepared to order - it becomes "rubbery" when left sitting for any length. |

Poorly decorated rooms - I have not encountered a blanket on my bed in a 4-star hotel in 10 years! The coverlet was stained and dated, the hotel food was of poor quality and vegetables were not served until we had almost finished our main course. The shower alternated between boiling hot and tepid. Staff on the desk were unfriendly. I will not return. |

Friendly staff - breakfast should be included. Put in ground floor where there was a party going on down the hall. Why don't they put guests at party on this floor. |
