“ Had a wonderful 1 night stay here! Room was very comfortable for a family of 4. The wifi actually works faultlessly here unlike so many other hotels who claim to provide free wifi. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast in the sunlit breakfast room was fab! Spoilt for choice really. I would recommend this hotel to family and business travellers alike. 10/10! ”

The spacious quiet rooms. The hall between the landing and bedroom keeps the noise out. Poor TV and strange choice of channels.

Clean room, good breakfast! The corridor outside my room been hoovered at 8:05 in the morning! The fire alarm had gone off twice during the night so this was an early start!

Staff were extremely friendly and polite Evening Food was great and very tasty/well cooked in the bar/staff very helpful Central to city breakfast was very average and some bits inedible...no trays to carry breakfast plates...very unorganised system trying to get food etc... no complementarybiscuit/tea/coffee facility average in room No hot water in shower...had to turn cold tap on in sink to heat up shower. sink overflowed onto floor if any water pressure applied to tap... Bathroom curtain/accessories felt grubby. Shower felt grubby. Used/half empty box of hankies instead of being replaced with fresh ones after last guest. Room was very dark. Window didn't close properly so wind came in. Fire Alarm went off 6 times between 1am and 6 am so broken sleep.

cleanliness, food, atmosphere in the hotel - the fire alarm went off 6-7 times during one night - except one person on the reception the staff were not very friendly or customer oriented - cleaning staff entered my room without knocking on the door at the morning

Overall the hotel was nice and location good for shopping. The map was a bit misleading, and the extractor fan was not working in the bathroom, and the bedroom was stuffy had to open the window.the menu in the restaurant was not very exciting Burger and chips €14.99 is a bit expensive.

I liked the free Wifi and the staff. It is very near the main road. Free parking is another bonus. It is a little outside the city but they run free buses to the Thomond park and to the city centre.

Reception staff were polite and helpful. I was recommended to stay here for an education conference (esai) March 21-23. I was told my room once book could not be cancelled. When I arrived I learned that the conference was moved to the Radisson on other side of busy traffic Limerick. I was so tired I just stayed put. This was a mistake as all networking was unavailable to me. I think I should have been contacted well in advance of this change but I was not contacted until I was home after the trip to Ireland.

Big rooms. Very good beds and some rooms are huge for the price. They do not clean very well the bath rooms. Small TV. 19" old TV s. Not flat. Limited amount of channels only 12. Poor TV signal.
