Muy ruidoso por las noches. Se celebran muchas fiestas nocturnas y no hay ningun control en los pasillos. Vimos muchos borrachos y vasos vacios de bebidas alcoholicas por todos los pasillos. |

El preció! La habitación era enorme pero horrible. El gimnasió, aunque esta muy dejado. Las fotos de la web, no corresponden con el hotel.Te llevas una gran desilusión. El hotes es muy tétrico, soso, feo, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Mucho ruido por la noche. |

Amplitud de las viejas habitaciones. Old and wide rooms. Ruido hasta altas hora de la madrugada por fiesta en planta baja. Difficult to sleep because of a noisy party downstairs until late in the night (3:00 AM). |

the hotel was clean, the facilities were good although would have liked to have seen good irish entertainment in the bar and a better menu with some good irish home cooking on it at reasonable prices. we did not eat in the hotel once as it was expensive. the hotel was a bit out of town but the bus service was good. people were very friendly and very helpful the steam room was out of order |

Convenient for what we wanted. I booked an executive room but if the room we got was executive room then i would hate to see the other rooms. The room was very basic. |

We enjoyed our stay, the food was very good and excellent value for money.It was clean, and the staff were very helpful. I would stay there again. On reading another guests comments, I did check my luggage on returning to my room, to find (one evening we stayed for 3 nights) it had been opened, but, nothing was taken, please be aware of this and do not leave any valueable items in your luggage, unless you lock it, It is up to us to protect our own property. |

I had read reviews on tripadvisor about this hotel, which were mostly very negative and so i was dreading the prospects. However, i was most surprised to find what i consider to be a very lovely hotel, clean, efficent staff and i have nothing but good to say about this hotel. |

The outside of the hotel was very dirty as was the toilets. The food was some of the worst I ever tasted, I could not eat it and went to bed hungry. |

The size of the room we were allocated was generous.The Do not disturb sign was taken into account. And the reception staff were helpful.The Bar staff were friendly and quick. All in all a nice relaxed stay. |

I think I was upgraded to a superior room The restaurant closed at about 9pm which was when we arived and the bar closed at 9.30 |

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel room, the crisp white sheets were a hit with me just like new. I was also very impressed with the waiting staff at breakfast, it was so busy and yet everyone was well looked after. |

it was good value for money,also i was going to a concert in limerick and they had arranged a shuttle bus for guests going to it at a small cost we ate in the bar, it only had carvery but they said they had a full menu. and alot of the tables werent cleared so it was difficult to find one. also there was a large bin with over flowing food in the bar!! they could really consider employing more waiting staff!! the bar just seemed chaotic and not in a good way! |

big room for 3 people no body at reception when i checked in waited 5 minutes?? this happened twice in totel, but when i did need help they were nice, was at afunction in conference room not the best bar ran out of drink by 12am - wouldnt recommend hotel not for a weekend for people visiting limerick good value though |

The room was clean and comfortable. The security seemed good. The proximity of a small shopping centre was helpful. The desk service though p-rompt was not particularly friendly The cost of breakfast was outrageous |

Room rate was good. the room, especially the bathroom could have been cleaner and the staff could have been a bit friendlier. We could have been told that our room was overlooking the buzy main road |
