Clean room, good breakfast!

The corridor outside my room been hoovered at 8:05 in the morning! The fire alarm had gone off twice during the night so this was an early start!

- the fire alarm went off 6-7 times during one night - except one person on the reception the staff were not very friendly or customer oriented - cleaning staff entered my room without knocking on the door at the morning

Overall the hotel was nice and location good for shopping.

The map was a bit misleading, and the extractor fan was not working in the bathroom, and the bedroom was stuffy had to open the window.the menu in the restaurant was not very exciting Burger and chips €14.99 is a bit expensive.

Everything was spot on from moment I arrived. I stay in quite a good few hotels due to work and you guys really impressed me. I will be staying again when ever I am working in Limerick

booked in as daughter had early start for a Feis which was being held here. We were group of families and facilities were brill. from size of room and meals.

I liked the free Wifi and the staff. It is very near the main road. Free parking is another bonus.

It is a little outside the city but they run free buses to the Thomond park and to the city centre.

Reception staff were polite and helpful.

I was recommended to stay here for an education conference (esai) March 21-23. I was told my room once book could not be cancelled. When I arrived I learned that the conference was moved to the Radisson on other side of busy traffic Limerick. I was so tired I just stayed put. This was a mistake as all networking was unavailable to me. I think I should have been contacted well in advance of this change but I was not contacted until I was home after the trip to Ireland.

People across from mine were noisy, running around hallway, slamming the door late at night. But think i just got unlucky, as i was happy with facility and stff in general.

once you walk into the hotel the staff are very helpfull good location and very easy to find

Good friendly staff. Upgraded to Lifestyle room. Great Breakfast.

The size and feel to the room

Big rooms. Very good beds and some rooms are huge for the price.

They do not clean very well the bath rooms. Small TV. 19" old TV s. Not flat. Limited amount of channels only 12. Poor TV signal.

Food good

No hot water early in morning. Room cold

was allocated a smoking room although i am a non smoker

Price was the main plus. Wi-fi was a bonus. Tea and coffee in room was good

The room was dated, pine bed, clunky tv, no flatscreen.
