Perfect location. First impressions are so important.the reception really needs to be done up.it looks awful and they you go up to rooms which are lovely.

The hotel staff were lovely its in the center of town had a really good tv in the room The hotel room was not worth €90 a night. The hotel would not let me out for a smoke on the sat night. The night staff were very rude and agressive

It's location. That's about the only positive Room was excessively small to accommoate two adults and 2 children under two We had booked a quadruple room and was given a three single bedded room of which two singles were put together as a double. I had rang up previously and they had indicated that it would be eother a room with two doubles or a room with a double and two singles. We were just glad to have made it up to the room and decided not to complain about getting the wrong room. Toilet barely flushed Decor was very outdated Access for buggy was awful. Had to haul the buggy up two steps at point of entrance and no help provided to assist with bags while we were trying to lift the buggy with two small children in it. Defintely not suitable for family who depend on using a buggy. Generally don't complain about our hotel but certainly wouldn't go back there again. Would pay a higher price for a location less suitable.

Comfortable bed, location, wifi in bar/restaurant It would be better to offer wifi in the room, no continental breakfast included, no fan in the bathroom to dry out the air (even the bedroom mirror fogged up from the shower), not many tv channels offered

Nel pieno centro di Galway e cosa che non guasta con un gran bel pub a pian terreno da cui si raggiunge direttamente la camera tramite ascensore. Bellissimo per giovani!!!!!
