best hotel breakfast buffet I've come accross Dinner in the Claddagh restaurant was very very poor, the starters and deserts came straight from a supermarket frozen pack |

The atmosphere was very good, stayed in the hotel bar for the evening and had a really enjoyable stay The room table was very dusty, but that's only a small problem that can be solved with a rub of a cloth |

for the price,it was pretty ok,as u have use of the leisure centre.the rooms where basic,could do with a revamp,bath and shower were covered in limescale,which didnt make it very inviting. the service in bar was very poor,and residents bar was a disaster |

The staff were excellent, very helpful The room was very noisy, right on a busy main road - which kept us and our small child awake most of the night - finally got to sleep to be awoken at 2am by people returning to their rooms from a function in the hotel! |

staff and food very good news papers to guests was nice touch complained about nail sticking out of timber in bathroom.very dangerous.carpets in hallway very shabby and beer prices are the same as hotels in dublin. |

The staff at check in desk were pleasant and very helpful. The first nites entertainment was very good and fun. Bathroom needs a severe makeover. Sink badly cracked,bath panels in poor condition. New shower curtain needed.No internet access in our room/TV channels limited. |
