Had a girly weekend and the apartment was excellent, we were close to the centre but just far away not to hear the noise of Temple Bar. The accomodation was clean, modern and with everything you needed. The staff were very helpful and the best bit was the 24 hour service. |

Self catering and had everything that was needed No hot water in the apartment, 4 of us there and stayed for 2 days, couldnt have showers. On our last day we got keys to 2 other apartments to use them showers. when went into the room there was people in bed!!! |

The apartment was lovely, very modern and bedrooms were really comfortable. Yes, my boyfriend and I booked this apartment so we could could a meal, however there was only a pan and a sieve provided, there was no pots or other cooking utensils which was very inconvenient, also the hot water did not last long at all we only got two extremely short showers. |

Great location. Big apartment so lots of space to spread out. Being able to self cater was fantastic in particular having all home comforts; dishwasher, washing machine, dvd player etc They have to sort out the hot water! I can't recommend this hotel as the hot water is just such a problem. You have to set your alarm for 1/2 hour earlier, put booster button on and then you have enough hot water for 1 shower but be quick! |

The location was fairly convenient - but it's a 10-15 minute walk to things, not 5 minutes like I believe the hotel description indicated. They charge 2EUR per locker for luggage storage after you check out, and are completely unapologetic about it. They don't hand out reasonable city maps - definitely plan to get one elsewhere or bring your own. Waited in a fairly long queue at check-in and check-out. I travel a lot, and usually like a place due to great service or great location - I would not say this place has either. |

situated nearby tram and bus routes, giving comfort and space to relax, with the added value of self-catering, pleasant and helpful staff shower - as it was hand-held, it was difficult to place back on the hook and shower - you literally had to hold it |

- Helpful staff....we arrived at the hotel early and they done their best to get 18 of us checked in early with immaculate rooms The key system..... Once you entered the building using your keys, you had to unlock every door to walk through the buikding to get to your room. This was very frustrating considering most doors were outside and in the freezing code |

The Augustine Apartments were perfect for us as we were in a large group we were able to book two of the three bedroom apartments which were very spacious. The aparments were ideally placed we only had to go to the top of the street to the gig we had booked in vicar street. Very clean and well laid out. |

The apartments were modern and beds very comfortable, the location is a 10-15min walk to the Temple Bar area. The rooms althought modern in style would benefit from a freshen up. The kitchen / bathroom and linen was clean. However the windows and balcony had obviously not been washed for months. Good old saying you get what you pay for!!! |

Easy access to city centre and nice clean modern apartment, although our room had not been cleaned before we got there, they sent somone straight away.to clean it. Great location about 10 minutes walk to the main centre, easy access to transport too. Great for families and friend groups, be prepared for lack of hot water though, this was very frustrating. Hot water situation ridiculous, considering apartment sleeps up to 6 people, we were advised we would have to wait up to an hour after each shower for the water to warm up again! This is not acceptable. This is the only aspect that would prevent me from staying at the apartments again. There was not enough water for one shower for 4 of us each day, never mind 6! |

Location is good- within walking distance to everything, well-equipped kitchen, huge and comfy double beds, large balcony, cosy central heating (essential when visiting Dublin in January!) Not enough hot water- you are told there is only enough hot water for 2 showers (in an apartment which sleeps 5 people), so we constantly had to use the booster facility |
