Great location and friendly staff on call 24hrs. I always prefer an apartment to a hotel, much more freedom. Comfortable rooms and clean facilities. It felt a little bit like a university halls of residence.

The location suited me in terms of being near enough to my training course and the price of the apartment was reasonable. The staff were helpful. It was extremely unsuitable for a solo traveller like myself - my room was very far from the reception(had to take two lifts,go through two security doors & across a large underground carpark). It didnt feel safe. Also the apartment was dirty especially the toilet and sink - i had to buy disposable wipes to give all the surfaces a quick clean

Very spacioius! Two bathrooms, two balconies, close to park and public transportation. Freezer. Very helpful and friendly staff, especialy Honorata! Thank you! Had to wait 2hrs for our flat to move in. Not enough silverware and plates/cups. Could not use living room and dining area, because one of us had to stay in that room (only 3 double rooms, 1 sofabed in living room).

Great value for your money. Close walking distance to food, shopping, major sites, and temple bar area. In order to get hot water, you had to manually turn it on and wait up to 2hrs to bath. This was not explained to us and wasted time.

Nice apartment with balcony. In a pretty dodgy area though. Parking is secure. Way too many security issues like locking doors every few steps and codes required which made getting to your flat very tedious.

Close to center & Temple bar area. When we arrived they let us book in early and also upgraded us to a two bedroom free of charge. Friendly staff and local cafe for breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend this to friends and family.

convenience of room, clean, quiet, not on a super busy street so there was minimal road noise. Away from the central pub area so there were no late-night revelers in the street. An acceptable walk to city center and very near several attractions. Staff very friendly and answered questions. My emails prior to our stay were answered promptly. A tip, take a cab from the airport instead of the bus if you are arriving after dark. Dublin street signs are hard to find and read at night so while it is a short walk from the bus stop to the hotel, anything is hard to find when you don't know what street you are on : )

The staff attitudes were excellent, very helpful in all respects. The toilet took a very long time to refill after flushing, for families with children this could be a problem.

Staying in an apartment was great because we had living space, a kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, balcony, so it was very homey and comfortable. The price was great value. We saved on hotel and on food because we could cook for ourselves. There is free internet, enough TV to relax in the evening, and most supplies are included. If you need anything, there is always someone at the desk to assist and get you what you need. We only had one key for three people, which, if we wanted to do our own thing around the city, made coordinating tough since none of our phones worked abroad.

Location is perfect for temple bar guinness and jamiesons museums nearby too. Facilities in the apartment pretty good with well equipped kitchen and small tv. Apartment itself is spacious clean comfortable room 16 has huge balcony. For the money its a great option if you prefer to stock a fridge rather than have a bar. A bit shabby looking from the outside and on the outskirts of a rough part of town but we didnt see a hint of trouble.

Secure parking and 10 - 20 minute walk to attractions. Ten minutes to Temple Bar and the Brazen Head Pub(that has story teller/music every night) is literally around the corner.
