My friends and I enjoyed the facilities in the apartment, the beds and living room was comfortable. It is quite close to city center
Unfortunally one of two apartment we booked had no hot water. The staff tried to solve but it didn't work and they didn't come back there
Having stayed here once before, I was confident my friends would love the apartment and the location ... and they did!! Despite being only a 10-15 minute walk to Grafton St, these penthouse apartments are surprisingly quiet and the facilities are great. Staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant. Underground parking is a bonus too.
Free parking, close to town, great value and a great cafe up the street.
Only one key per room, should have electronic card entry. Codes for external door entry, gets complicated getting to bed.
Just stayed here one night, on a quick stopover with my partner, the accommodation was spotless, comfortable, large, we couldn't have asked for more, and very good kitchen facilities aswell
Very clean spacious and comfortable. Towels and shower gels provided. Excellent tea making facilities. Staff accommodated a change in room when we had fewer people staying than previously planned.
More than a 5 minute walk as stated to Temple Bar.
Staff very helpful, perfect location and lots of space in the apartment.
Within walking distance of city centre
The location, design of apartment, cleanliness.
The tiled floor meant we could hear the flat above being cleaned. We could also hear the flat above come back after a late night by the movement of chairs etc on the floor. It did wake us up.
size of unit
unclean lobbies and foyers seedy area of town staff unhelpful graffiti and smashed glass on external doors to property opposite public housing rough end of town, didn't feel safe smelly entrance to apartment car park filthy with rubbish and used cups filled with cigarettes looked like a student block
the staff and location were superb, close to transport and a short walk to the centre. having a balcony was an ideal solution to smokers ,bed was superb and everything was in the kitchen to cook a 6 course meal with ..overall this place was magnificent and made my 2 nights in dublin easygoing
11pm checkout is a little bit early and 10e an hour extra if requested
Location. Friendliness. Helpfulness. Nice apartment, cosy bedrooms, great kitchen. Good value for money.
The living room was too cold. One heater wasn't working properly. The general feel of the living room was cold. A rug on the floor would've been nice. Some extra lighting.
Could do with more shelving in bathroom or bedroom for make up etc but that is a small dislike
close to city centre and guinness storehouse, lot of space
missing blanket for the sofa bed
So comfortable and very recently updated.
Had an apartment above the electronic doors for the car park. Not good and very noisy in the bedroom. Also the receptionist on leaving didn't know how to print a VAT receipt. I find this very strange indeed as I can't be the only business traveller.
I liked how close we were to temple bar and the Guinness factory. The apartments were very spacious
We arrived at 5pm and were told our room wasn't ready. We didn't have curtains for the first night and had to ask for them twice on the Saturday. We had 2 apartments, the one apartment the front door would only shut if it was locked.
The size of the apartment and the location - it was very comfortable and reasonable for 3 people for a short stay
The equipment in the kitchen was limited and should be improved
The beds are very comfortable. The shower was really good for an over-the bath type. Very good heating you could control yourself. Very near Temple bar. Nice and clean.
Not the best view of a concrete block in the courtyard, but we were out in the daylight hours anyway, so it didn't matter much.
Reasonable cost Good location; walking distance to multiple attractions Helpful/friendly front desk staff Well equipped kitchen
Pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable, very thin foam mattress Toilet head tank took very long to refill after 2 flushes (water conservation design?) Small TV in living room
Lots of space, well equipped kitchen and good size sitting room. The staff were excellent, enthusiastic and helpful. A real find.
Bedrooms good and comfortable
No grill in kitchen and only seating for 4 which were not very comfortable
A Great location and close to all shopping, night life etc. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a pleasant city break. It was clean, comfortable and staff were pleasant and helpful. Top marks for a very enjoyable weekend.
The price was right, the location is fine while not directly in the city center. We had a room facing the courtyard, and apart from when it was full of drunk Dutchmen, it was very quiet. Kitchen was okay for making microwave TV dinners.
No pint glasses! Had to pass through 10 doors (we counted) to get from our apartment to the street. Drunk people shouting in the courtyard at night. There is no way to get to Block D (and E?) without going down 15 steps, so if you're disabled make sure to let them know when booking.
Good location in Christchurch area Very comfortable beds Helpful staff
Very steep outside steps to get to our apartment located in Block D. Soft furnishings very worn but I think they are upgrading these next year.
Clean, modern with everything you need. Staff were very cheery & helpful
A little bit out of the centre
Excellent location. Everything is close within walking distance. The staff is helpful.
There were some insects in the bathtub and the kettle was burnt inside.
