the hotel did not have a record of our booking. While we were relieved that we did not have to find alternate accommodation (our party was adults and 2 children aged 2 and 9 months). All issues relate to lost booking: no a cot or high chair for our baby during our stay. a 9 month old cannot sleep on a single bed as is likely to roll over. Our baby had difficulties falling asleep on the floor.

In the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the major attractions (even with little kids)

The road noise and crowds on the street in the middle of the night disturbed our sleep more than once, as our windows were open due to the "heat."

This was a great place to stay in Dublin and close to most attractions. TGreat for families as well as couples.

Location, size and cleanliness

Check-in was somewhat chaotic, there was a long queue and it took some time for the two receptionists to process each guest; the phone also kept ringing while the receptionists were tending to the guests and they were multi-tasking quite a bit. The next day, the computer system went down and the internet was not working. The operational process needs to be improved.

I was confortable during my staying and I have handy any basics that I may need. I felt confortable knowing that it was someone abelable 24 hours in case I needed something, even do I like the feeling of not having anybody behind every minit asking if everything was ok. Also the apartments are in a greta spot in Dublin town and close enouhgt to many places to see. The apartments are in well keep

I found very descoreching to be ask about a deposit, I can understand why, but still socking, is like presume that we will probably brake something or dont' respect the room we renting, the way I look at it,you get my name, adrees, phone no., ..., is no way I going to get away if I destroy somebody else property.

It was convient to the rest ofthe city.quite spacious and clean. Well
stocked kitchen.overall very comfortable

We arrived on a sunday and that eveningthere was alot of noise from
the other guest on the floor at a very late hour. They were
obviously drunk.It was quite on the week night we stayed.Everyone
was very pleasent
