Stor romslig leilighet sentralt beliggende

Balkongdøren kunne ikke åpnes selv etter utlevering av nøkkel etter brannalarm midt på natten.

Grei og romslig leilighet.

Svært mye støy og bråk første natt! Skriking og festing fra balkongene til langt på natt ca kl 01.30 som personalet ikke gjorde noe med. Utsjekkingsdagen kom vi tilbake for å hente bagasjen og spurte om å få benytte et toalett før taxitur (bestilt hos dere) til flyplass,ble kontant avvist på en ubehagelig måte, 2 voksne og 1 barn ble bedt om å spørre i nabobygget!! Ille!! Kan ikke anbefale hotellet pga dette!

Helt topp og romslig leilighet med velutstyrt kjøkken. Det eneste som trekker ned er egentlig det generelle vedlikeholdet av leiligheten; - manglende lyspærer, løse dørhåndtak og et trykk i dusjen som man ikke kan bruke til annet enn overflatevask ;-)

Stor leilighet. Ødelagt seng ved ankomst, ble straks oppgradert til større leilighet. God pris. God beliggenhet, Ingen problemer.

Totally incompetent staff. Upon the arrival I was told there is no booking on my name - that in spite of the fact that they charged me for the accommodation three month in advance!!! I was first asked to wait, then to prove that I really paid and only after more than one hour they admitted that the apartment was paid and I was given the keys. Upon the departure I requested a receipt - even after more than 10 min they were not able to give me one. Then I was told the receipt will be sent to me by e-mail. And - of course - they have not sent me anything!!!! Very disappointing.

Apartments were very warm and clean, great facilities, and parking as well. We were going to a concert in vicar st. which was only five minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything wasa fine really. no complaints.

We got the apartment at discount price, we thought it was better value than any other hotel. With the stylish apartment we could relax in space and comfort was great! Everything provided in the kitchen, it was nice to have a living room and balcony. Staff were lovely and helpful when we needed them, but you can keep yourselves to yourselves in these apartments which felt better than a hotel. I would stay again definately!

The 10 euro an hour to keep the room after 11am, too expensive and we were gutted as we had all day to pass.

It was fairly central and was really good value for money. The flats themselves were extremely clean and well maintained. Also the beds were amazingly comfortable!

Only one bathroom between 8 people was a bit of a pain, especially as there was anough room for a second bathroom or for one of the rooms to be en-suite. Also maybe a few more seats as there was only enough seats in the living room for 4. We also found the luggage storage situation a pain as half of the lockers didn't work so we couldn't store half of our suitcases. We checked out at 11am and then weren't flying til 9.30pm that nights so needed to store luggage somewhere. We ended up having to put them behind reception but the receptionist wasn't very happy about that, although wasn't actually our fault!

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The apartment was a spacious and the rooms large. I also liked how you could not get into the Block e courtyard without going through reception and needed a separate key for entry.

The hot water instructions were hidden in the closet. They should be posted outside the door - we took cold showers the first day.

The beds were good!

The sofa-bed was terrible and broken.

We spent Christmas as a family (6 people) in Dublin. We rented penthouse apartment and space was perfectly distributed. Apartment was arm, spacious, well equiped and cozy. It was reasonably close to the centre and allowed us to stroll around, as well as having a aditional Christmas diner at home. Also good to have reception 24h/24h: there were few (small) hicups, such as non- functioning tv/ remote, clogged sink, etc., that were notified to reception and swiftly fixed.

Perhaps it should have been cleaned more throughouly before our stay. Walls of corridor were stained with foot prints and children hand- marks and that should be fixed on long run. Also, terrace door- window did not close properly and hould have been fixed. One bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived but staff fixed it promptely when notified.
