Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O apartamento é muito bom, muito confortável e tem tudo o que uma família precisa para passar alguns dias bem instalada. Eu fiquei hospedado no apartamento B19. |

Very comfortabel. Good kitchen failities and easy walking location to city and sights. Beds were great. After hours staff were not so helpful as they required manager to do anything out of the ordinary. |

Comfortable apartment quite close to the city centre and bus routes. Rooms very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Laundry room very handy and was thrilled there was a bath! Although there were 4 of us we had plenty of hot water if you followed the instructions for "boost". Staff very friendly and helpful. Would come back! |

The apartments were centrally located and within walking distances to most attractions. The hot water system needs to be addressed. In a room for 5 people, at best we got 2 showers out of it. It's just not good enough. Also, the staff were not overly interested in answering questions and I felt like a nuisance when I asked a 2nd question. |

5 of us stayed at the Augustine Apartments for 3 nights on a family visit to Dublin. The apartment was close enough to the city centre and it was better to have an apartment rather than seperate hotel rooms. The apartment was much smaller in reality than it looked on the website. Opening out the sofa bed in the lounge required us to move the other furniture out of the way first which made getting into the kitchen a bit like an assault course. Whilst the apartment was clean, it was looking 'tired' on the decor front. There were big stains on the carpets and marks on the wall. The hot water system took a bit of getting used to. The staff at reception were really helpful but took time to react to any requests - we had no knife in our room and it took almost an hour for one to be delivered. Having said all that, Dublin is quite expensive and so approx £310 for 3 nights for 5 of us was pretty cheap. Maybe we set our expectations too high? |

The space, family of 4 staying at the apartments. Staff excellent. We had a buggy, the room was quite far away from reception/exit. Could have been put in another block. |

Location of the hotel is perfect. Kitchens equipments were quite ideal, except lack of the knives (only one). Shuttle service to the airport is fine. Doors should be sealed, because other doors opening in the corridor caused noise (air pressure changes). Own water pump in the apartment causes also noise. Rack for the overcoats is missing. |

The apartments were clean and well furnished. As we have a young family, staying here made our trip far easier and more flexible than staying in a hotel. We would definitely recommend these apartments for families. |

I liked the space and freedom you got with the apartment. I think had some good facilities such as iron, tv, dvd. Very clean and was good just to get your head down after a long day. The water was not hot for long enough!! No trays to cook in the oven so could not use it without going to buy some cooking trays. Also security was not good. I never got asked who I was when getting keys so I could have had any key I wanted!! Also think you should have blankets with no feathers as my partner is allergic to them and nothing else was available so had to sleep with no blanket!! Also requested 1 double bed apartment and got 2 single rooms. |

We stayed at the Ivy Apartments as the Agustine apartments had not been compleated, even though they let us book them but they looked just as nice and where very spacious and had everything we needed, close to the centre of Dublin not too far to walk to the shops and bars. The only negetive thing I would say about the apartments is that there wasnt enough hot water, there was 3 of us staying in a 2 bedroom apartment for up to 5 people and there was only enough hot water for 2 of us, even when we had had it on heating all day. |

Apartment very spacious and clean. Excellent value for money - especially if travelling in a group of 3 or more. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom and large, comfortable living room. Super location - 5 minute walk to Temple Bar. The sleeper couch was broken! It was one of the most uncomfortable night's sleep I've ever had. Three of the supporting beams were snapped in half and nobody had noticed beforehand. There was a broken, upturned coffee table in the apartment on our arrival, which was never moved - despite two requests. Two light bulbs were not working. General impression - great apartment, shoddy maintenance. One of the receptionists was blatantly rude. (Although the other one was lovely) When I complained about the broken sleeper couch she basically told me that if I was hoping to get some money back, I had no chance. It is very unfortunate because the apartments are fantastic and great value for money but I will never stay here again. |
