Jag tyckte mycket om lägenheten, den var modern och smakfull, tavlorna smälte fint in i möblernas färg och textur. Kökets utrustning var av hög standard och det fanns både tvättmaskin och diskmaskin, förutom kyl och frys som var i mycket fint skick. Väldigt sköna sängar. TV med dvd fanns, ljusa och luftiga rum. Nära till små butiker att handla egen frukost. Nära till många sevärdheter! Mycket god mat på närliggande irländsk pub O'shea. Anslutning till flyg från hotellet kostar lika som flygbussarna från city. En del personal var inte lika servicemainded som andra. Dörrarna inne i lägenheten gick ej att ha öppna, de var tunga och stängdes med en smäll när vi passerade rummen. |

rent och fräscht, trevlig personal, dock var lägenheten väldigt liten, dom har gjort ett bra jobb med bilderna för att få det att se stort ut. kanske att lägenheten var väldigt liten, samt att internet inte funkade. |

Mycket bra läge. Prisvärt. Välutrustat. Lyhördheten, slammer i dörren. Det gick inte att spola på toaletten två gånger efter varandra. |

I thought the apartment (1 bed) was excellent, great layout, good price. I had extremely enjoyable time there. My only concern was that the fire/heat alarms in the kitchen went off very easily, twice in two nights spent there. On the first occasion we did not have the extractor fan on, but nothing was burning in the oven so I expect that it was just due to heat when we opened the oven. The second time we had the fan on and doors open to air, and it still went off when we opened the oven. This didnt prevents us from having a good time though. |

Spacious rooms, apartment in great condition - dvd player, tv, balcony - really value for money, great location - 5 minutes from Temple bar Very loud taps when using shower or toilet, hot water ran out after 1 person (albeit they had a very long shower!) |

Very central, good staff - had problems with the internet connection, but staff followed it up for us. Spacious and clean, good value for money Hot water service not very good - only enough for two showers - in a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people - completely inadequate. |

We found our appartment to be comfortable and spacious and well equipped. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The street outside is quite noisy. |

Very comfortabel. Good kitchen failities and easy walking location to city and sights. Beds were great. After hours staff were not so helpful as they required manager to do anything out of the ordinary. |

Nice, a lot of space. At beginning we got not very nice apartament, but after we complain we got a nice one. Not to far to centre, vhisky distilery and guiness storehouse.we had great time. |

Comfortable apartment quite close to the city centre and bus routes. Rooms very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Laundry room very handy and was thrilled there was a bath! Although there were 4 of us we had plenty of hot water if you followed the instructions for "boost". Staff very friendly and helpful. Would come back! |

The apartments were centrally located and within walking distances to most attractions. The hot water system needs to be addressed. In a room for 5 people, at best we got 2 showers out of it. It's just not good enough. Also, the staff were not overly interested in answering questions and I felt like a nuisance when I asked a 2nd question. |

5 of us stayed at the Augustine Apartments for 3 nights on a family visit to Dublin. The apartment was close enough to the city centre and it was better to have an apartment rather than seperate hotel rooms. The apartment was much smaller in reality than it looked on the website. Opening out the sofa bed in the lounge required us to move the other furniture out of the way first which made getting into the kitchen a bit like an assault course. Whilst the apartment was clean, it was looking 'tired' on the decor front. There were big stains on the carpets and marks on the wall. The hot water system took a bit of getting used to. The staff at reception were really helpful but took time to react to any requests - we had no knife in our room and it took almost an hour for one to be delivered. Having said all that, Dublin is quite expensive and so approx £310 for 3 nights for 5 of us was pretty cheap. Maybe we set our expectations too high? |

The space, family of 4 staying at the apartments. Staff excellent. We had a buggy, the room was quite far away from reception/exit. Could have been put in another block. |
