We were a group of 3people with a single and a double room, everything was great, very relaxed atmosphere, the breakfast was excellent with a personal touch and very amiable staff. |

The hotel is very central, so it's easy to get to all sorts of places. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The full Irish breakfast could be improved by cooking more of the items to order; I'd sooner have one good sausage than three indifferent specimens. |

Good breakfast, attentive catering & knowledgeable reception staff. Well maintained & tidy rooms. Just 1 minute walk to top of O'Connell Street, 3 minutes from airport link bus, and good value if you book early. A little road noise at the front of the hotel, but not too intrusive (this is a city which never sleeps). Make sure that you wait for the hot water to reach the shower before you get in. We were on the upper floor so it takes a few minutes |

Very friendly staff. Our rooms were at the back, so very quiet. Nice breakfast. All in all and despite the remarks hereunder, a satisfactory choice. For the price, rooms are rather small; the old blanket on our bed had a hole... It may just be that life is more expensive in Ireland than in Belgium, but for the price, we expected a slightly higher quality hotel. |

Perfect Location for visitng the city centere. Tourist information and bus stop located very close to the hotel. Parking space available. Difficult to find even with GPS. The hotel address on the web side not exact. Hotel name on the from door very small so it ease to miss it. Little bit cold in the rooms. Noise of the parking gate disturbing during the night if you stay in the rooms on the back of the hotel. |

Central Location, friendly and helpful staff. I requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel and the room I was allocated was just that. |

Pristine clean room, pleasant bar facilities and friendly helpful staff. The mixer tap shower connection in the bath didn't work at all and when I got into the shower to rinse my hair there was a problem with the shower drain! shower drain. |

This is an old hotel with ambiance. It's quite comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and all together welcoming. I would recommend this hotel. |

Despite booking the budget room, on arrival we were given a king size bed simply because the staff were apologetic for not noticing our request for a double. We were given great advice about the surrounding area and what to do. Breakfast tasted superb with a range of options. |

The staff were very kind. The breakfast was good and speedy without rushing you The bathroom was small and had nowhere to place your toiletries. A shelf and hook for towels would have helped |

Very helpful and courteous staff, the proximity to the city centre, the general cleanliness of the hotel and the very good hearty 'full Irish' breakfast. Also the fact that the City Tour buses stop directly outside the front door. Could do with a slight upgrade. |

Closeness to Dublin entertainment & nightlife, not luxury but for the cost was very good value. Breakfast very good, staff very friendly and courteous. No, however I cannot comment on guest parking as I did not use it. |
