The Hotel is very conveniently located, in a safe and very good area, central, with lots of public transportation optinons (bus, train, cab). The price was very affordable considering the hotel itself and the provided services. The breakfest was huge, delicious and always in time. The hotel staff was extremly friendly and helpfull (all shifts). The room very clean, spacious enough, warm and 24/7 hot water. The hotel, room and lounge design is very beautifull and warm, gives the impression of a luxury mansion and the comfort of your home. last but not least, the hotel, rooms, lounge, washrooms are very, very clean. I will definately recommend it to all types of travellers. I will go back if I will travel to Dublin again.

Our stay in Dublin started off by having our car clamped, although we had endeavored to follow the parking requirements. We did have a valid parking time/permit, albeit display upside-down (we didn't realize, or comprehend what we were doing at the time just yet.... Jet lag, unfamiliar with the process, etc). Your desk clerk did a tremendous job attempting to help us out with this problem. He was furious that we had been clamped, made calls for us, complained on our behalf, was indignant, and generally pissed off at the company who clamped us, and at the Dublin City Council for having such a law that made new visitors feel taken. In short, he said all the things we felt, but couldn't express at the time. We had to pay, but he made us feel as though we were at least understood. Your other desk clerk helped us park in your car park--a feat we also couldn't yet accomplish, because we weren't used to the steering wheel, the side of the road, the size of the car, and the size of the parking space. Thank you from two sisters and one daughter.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room. As it's an old building, the walls are a bit thin, and I could hear most of what was going on in the rooms next door, more so than in other hotels I've stayed in. It wasn't really a problem, though--just bring earplugs.

Free parking close to city centre. But note, 1st come 1st severed! Cannot reserve. Room for only maybe 6/8 cars. Free tea & coffee making facilities in rooms. New "ish" carpets in public area'S. Tatty bathrooms. Looked as though sealent around the shower / toilet / sink was applied with a 4 inch paint brush! Needs sprucing up by a professional decorator. Receptionist also doubles as a bar tender therefore one can wait a long time for a drink if a group booking in.

Cosy, nice lounge, helpful staff The fire doors in the corridors banged very loudly which could easily be fixed with rubber stoppers. Breakfast was chaotic and unpleasant. No soy milk

I know it quite well and so am familiar with the building & location-its got a nice atmosphere and feels relaxed and old-school. Breakfast staff are lovely and as welcoming as they could be, what with all the noise. I think the breakfast rooms are awful! Tinny, loud local radio doesnt add to a gentle wake-up call. Breakfast itsefl is fine if a little uninspired. So if I was t make any changes the would be breakfast menu and ambience of where we eat it!

i was very diappointed regarding having a cooked breakfast only after 8:00AM. I had to eat at 7:00AM because i had to leave around 7:30AM. In the sink there were 2 pipes (one for hot and one for cold water) - very unfriendly. shower water was changed from hot to cold water while i took a shower - very unconvinient. it was very hard to sleep at night since each step from the above level was heard. the heat was turned off at night. i had to get up to a very cold room at 06:15AM.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent full breakfast with fresh fruit and lots of choice. Full Irish is superb. Also, have a nice well stocked bar on the main level. Staff are knowledgeable and able to connect you with sites and shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay at the intimate Boutique Hotel and highly recommend it. It is close to everything with easy access to Bus and Taxi. Nothing. We were very happy with all aspects of this clean, very well located, and welcoming Hotel.

This hotel was everything you need for a short break.nothing was any trouble for staff, the breakfast was delicious and you can change to any variations on the menu. The location was ideal and the rooms were very comfortable warm, water boiling, and quiet.the only negative is that apart from 3very small drawers and wardrobe there is no other storage space, but this would not stop me from staying with them again.Great little hotel with charming staff. As above drawer space( but women tend to take to many clothes anyway)

This hotel worked out perfectly for me. The location is ideal for Dublin sightseeing (as well as airport transfer) and the room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be in a charming older building rather than a modern chain, without sacrificing comfort. I requested and received a room in a quiet location on an upper floor so no noise problems for me. It is located on the fringe of what may be a somewhat dodgy area but only a block from busy O'Connell St. So I felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. Staff were friendly enough and helpful in responding to requests. I had no significant complaints. Some people would find the bathrooms too small but I did not consider it a problem. There was some noise from people walking on the floor above but again, not a problem to me.
