The staff were extremely welcoming and the hotel was clean, comfortable and value for money with the added bonus of parking on site. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the sights of Dublin. |

I loved almost everything: helpful and kind staff, good breakfast, good size room, great location - I could walk anywhere. Whenever I needed an early breakfast I got one before the restaurant opened. Great value for money. The only thing I did not like is the noise of the traffic from the street. I stayed on the 6th floor and for some reason the noise was louder there, than it was in the lobby - even when the room's window was closed! |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good and the staff very efficient re serving. Good location near the main city amenities and on touring bus services. A small point but noticed dust accumulating around carpet edge under bedside tables and backs of seats, so could be more thorough on that score. Also the filler along bath was very shabbily applied. You wouldn't want it to look like this in your home! |

The staff were so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I just would have liked a fridge in the room plus the safe did not work which would have been handy, although as our friends had one there was no problem. There could have been a problem if they were not with us. |

It is within walking distance to most tourist areas in Dublin, so no need for a taxi/car. The people were friendly and very helpful with suggesting places to dine. We liked the room was because there was a double and single bed, which is hard to find in Europe for triple accommodations. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices and we liked that it was included in the price. Great place for location and price! |

It was situated in a convenient location. Our room's floor was not level - it was tilted. There was only an elevator to the fifth floor and then you had to take a flight of stairs up to the sixth floor - difficult when you have a large suitcase and no staff available to help you with your bags. |

Centrally located and within walking distance to all Dublin attractions. Tea/coffee making facilities (tea, coffee etc. included). Recepton staff very friendly and helpful - very good b'fast (choice of Healthy, Veggie or Full Irish). Sufficient room which we had at the back of hotel - very quiet. 2 minor things - 1. In our opinion b'fast starts rather late - 8am especially when you have an early excursion you have to skip the b'fast. 2. Bath is somewhat too high and would be a hassle for senior citizens. |
