the staff and the room also the location
wasnt really anything
The people on reception were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.
The window in the bedroom was broken on the latches. The breakfast room was small we had to wye and wait to be seated.
Perfect location. Easy reach to centre. Good breakfast.
Could not open window/ door in the bedroom.
Location Free newspapers every morning Good breakfast Reception open 24hours
Great location, only 15 mins from temple bar. All staff really friendly. Good size hotel room with a huge comfy bed. Excellent breakfast, and great service. Room cleaned daily. Stayed for the past 2 years now.
Only downside hairdryer didn't work.
just 10 Mim Walk To Temple Bar Area Very Good Breakfast Friendly And polite Staff
The hotel was located close to all the attractions
Location on O'Connell Street. Numerous restraunts close by. Hop on off bus close by.
Room very small. Mattress little uncomfortable. Breakfast limited quantity . Shower temperamental.
I liked The localization. The staff was also impressive, caring and efficient, and attended us really well. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The cleaning was excellent.
The shower was a torture between ice cold water and burning hot. I got a second degree burn in my leg. The internet was a joke. The bed was 120 cm wide. The drapes let the sunlight in. The door was really noisy. They just have like 5 TV channels.
Breakfast location Cleanness Comfort
Location, Breakfast, Key chain
Bed was a little small for me. Airconditioning (it was cold)
Not being acknowledged by one of the staff on arrival, just ignored us. Breakfast room floor was filthy. Kitchen staff ignored us.
VERY GOOD LOCATION, COMFY BED, VERY QUIET AT THE BACK OF THE HOTEL. SPACIOUS ROOM
ONLY THE BREAKFASTS WERE POOR - EGGS, BACON, WHITE PUDDING OVERCOOKED,NOT FRESHLY MADE, TOUGH AND OILY, EVEN THE POACHED EGG WAS GREASY
Shower dirty. Tiles and sealant stained. Poor value for money €179 expect more for that amount
Please don't use canned mushrooms for breakfast!
easy access to places of interest, as busstops outside hotel.
a bit on the old side. having to climb lugging suitcase up narrow staircase. to room with cracked window.
We were on the 6th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th. There are no bag boys, so you have to lug your own bags.
Good location nice staff
Cold room old style hotel not very comfortable room smelt off parazone
Easy access to all the touristy bits of Dublin and a 10 minute walk into Temple Bar. Plentiful breakfast. Clean and modern rooms. Friendly and polite staff.
Nothing. 2nd visit and would visit again.
Breakfast great. Staff obliging when asked for something. Very close to centre. Loved hoho buses stop very near hotel. Clean towels daily.
Lack of cleaners checking rooms for mending. We had no toilet handle and bath side falling off. However toilet fixed when asked.
- just 10 min walk to Old City (Temple Bar) area - excellent breakfast and service - very good shower, good room - quite a large communal lounge area
- bar very poorly stocked, with restricted range (eg no brandy). Very surprising azs they have spent months on refurbishing it.
The breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable Very good value for money Rooms really clean
Ran out of bus passes Booked a taxi 8 hours earlier from the firm they recommend and after waiting 40 minutes it didn't turn up, the firm then wanted to charge us almost double for 2 smaller cabs, the duty manager at the time didn't seem bothered I was expecting him to have a right go at the taxi firm.
Location definitely the best point. Justoff the top of O'Connell street.
The bed was quite narrow & the mattress was really quite uncomfortable. Obviously much slept on, and seen better days.
Great location in Dublin. We stayed in a room with three singles and a double bed. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast.
Double a little small for two adults, so we put two kids on it instead. Worked out fine.
Had a 3 night stay in this hotel. We had a room at the back, no view, but we did not mind as it was nice and quiet. The staff were Excellent, they could not do enough for us. The breakfast was extremely good, a good start to our day. We found the hotel to be good value for the money.
Only downside was there was no restaurant for an evening meal.
