The Hotel was a bit run down and dark.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to park our rental car in a safe place. The location is nice for walking to shopping and pubs and to get the tour buses. We would definitely stay again.
Breakfast Staff Wifi
A bit pricey
Location was great. Just a 50 mt to the Donegal Bus (John Mc Ginley) pick up point and a short walk to O'Connell st.. Hotel was clean with Wi-Fi.
Most of the staff were wonderful and very helpful!
The rooms were old. Carpet worn. Mildew in the shower.
Location - ideal base for exploring Dublin centre. Family room good size and great shower. Excellent value especially with breakfast included.
Stairs to dining room and lift did not go to all floors.
Location Comfortable hotel Good breakfast
The central locality, helpful staff, old world charm.
A bit noisy at night.
location, breakfast, room was nice
staff not very friendly, very noisy, could here everyone coming and going all night. room door didn't shut tightly, didn't feel safe. We had stayed at the property next door at the start of our trip and will definitely stay there again.
Breakfast, car parking, proximity to buses and O'Collins St We felt we were within walking distance of everything and yet the hotel was so quiet.
it was good from start till we left
A nice small room in a very central part of the city. Friendly staff. Room was fine.
Paper thin walls. I could hear my neighbour talk etc. The breakfast was so-so. The juice tasted more like squash than juice.
This hotel is only minutes walk from the city centre so the location is perfect for shoppers or a night out.
Rooms were small enough
limited car parking and basic food offering
Location excellent for city centre. Reasonable price. Good breakfast.
Needs some TLC. Noise from room on upper floor meant disturbed sleep.
Clean Great location Good value for Money Very helpful staff
Clean and comfortable. Good free breakfast options Close to bus stops & all attractions.
Limited tv channels.
If you're looking for a swish ultra modern hotel then this place is not for you, but if you're looking for a quaint traditional hotel it's great. Where you hand your keys to reception when you go out and are greeted on your return.the staff were very helpful with making bookings for restaurants etc
Takes a wee while to get used to the noise at at hotel.people opening closing doors.
Good location to where we wanted to go. clean & comfortable but a little tired/old fashioned.
Location - Close to O'Connell Street. Bus stop right outside. Not too far away from main hub of city. The Hotel was charming, clean, & warm. The staff were welcoming & helpful. Good Irish breakfast included in the price.
Walls were quite thin and our neighbours snored loudly.
Localization, quiet place to sleep
Old hotel, but quite nice
The staff were very helpful and friendly the location was fantastic. Great price too.
good value and location. managed to get a parking space in the back for 10 Euros which seems quite good for Dublin centre. staff were helpful.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough and it was quiet so we had a good rest. The best thing was it's great location - an easy walk to the city centre.
The room was a little too warm.
