Very relaxed atmosphere. Excellent breakfast.Very helpful and friendly management and staff. City centre within walking distance. Parking was always available (pretty rare in Galway). Shower room did not have anything on which to place one's clothes. A second relaxing chair in double rooms would be desirable, particularly to watch tv. Would suggest that the tv be placed at a lower level,so as to avoid neck strain.These are not complaints, but suggestions for improvements. |

Ideal position, few minutes walk into Galway so no parking problems. Very clean throughout. Clean towels every day. Duvet covers & bedding very crumpled, not ironed, so looked awful. Wardrobe in room but no drawers to put clothes in. No toiletries shelf in shower for shampoo etc, or hook to hang bath towels on. |
