The staff were fantastic.Very friendly and helpful. Not Value for money for a Junior Suite with two single beds pushed together for a King size bed.

I liked the location in Clifden, the railway bar in the hotel complex was very good, warm and welcomming and the food was very good. The pool and leisrue facilities were good. The staff were very helpful. The room we were allocated first was very cold and we did find the communal areas in the hotel cold as well. We were reaccomadated in a different room when we contacted recption.

The value for money was brillaint as the rooms were of a high standard and we got a grae deal for bed, breakfast and evening meal for 75 euro per person. The meal and braekfast was fabulous and the waitress was really friendly and helpful. Would definetly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to a return visit!

Hotel staff extermely frinendly and helpful. Reception area well organized. Breakfast of high quality. Location great for weekend break even though weather in the height of winter cold and rainy. Great outdoor facilities in the general area.

Great location, few minutes drive to downtown. The room was spacious and comfortable. Station house restaurant, across the parking lot, served up a great dinner and the live music was very nice. Water pressure in the shower was very, very light.

Staff very friendly & professional. Great facilities for young children when weather bad e.g. pool. Great value. Subtantial breakfast with great variety. Reasonable price for food in pub. Family friendly. Close to town. Hard to park.

Excellent value in the off-season. Overall a good hotel with good facilities. (but, after all that is what is expected!) However, for me the quality of the reception service took this hotel to another level. The welcome felt good and genuine. One of the most professional and friendly reception teams I have met. Importantly, the level of professionalism never dropped throughout our stay.

Lovely friendly staff. Very convenient to the town. Great value The only means of ventilation in our room was a French door which had to be fully open or fully closed. Leaving it fully open for ventilation meant the door banging in the wind. Also no hot water on the Friday evening / Saturday morning, probably because of a large group of walkers staying in the hotel all having baths at the same time.

We visited the Station house to celebrate my mother in Laws birthday. Our party ranged in age from 4yrs to 82 yrs, the hotel suited everyone and all our needs were catered for. The pool and table rennis were a big hit with the younger members of our group. All in all an excellent week end - We will be back!

Hotel staff were extremely friendly especially when checking in and out. Room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable. There was a nice selection of foods available for breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We loved our stay in the Station House Hotel and will use this hotel again Only a very minor problem which can be fixed. If you really want a bath which I had. You need to hold the stopper in with your foot to get the bath filled. I eventually had a lovely bath which was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent, The girl on rec deck was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed with the food, we had to wait for a long time then we were asked would we like our desert, I said we dident have our dinner yet. When it did come the beef was half cooked, and the sea bass over cooked.
