Central in Dublin with shops,nightlife and good eating places literally within 3 to 5 minutes walk.

For the standard of hotel/guesthouse the rear garden was in need of a little tlc

Hotel in a superb location. Nice quiet room over looking gardens at rear. Friendly and helpful staff.

Super-friendly staff, spacious single room with a comfy bed, good location. The new annex in the back looks great, will stay there next time.

The older rooms facing St Stephens Green have some traffic noise. Old building shows some wear and tear.

Relaxed and clean. good location

Some of the new building work was not up to the highest standard - the bathroom door did not shut properly - window did not shut properly.

Handy location, internet access (1 Euro for 12 mins) and parking facilities. Breakfast was included - standard fare but good. Reception area was a little faded but our room at the back was refurbished and quite nice. Service on reception was a little brusque but efficient.

There was a used toothbrush in our bathroom which suggested it might not have been cleaned properly although actually fine.

Lovely Georgian building in central but quiet location.Very clean room and bathroom.Spacious wardrobe and nice view over back garden.

Shower cubicle on the small side and hot and cold indicators the wrong way round meant risk of scalding. Tea and coffee facilities provided but very awkward to use as only available socket between the bed and wall.

The location is perfect obviously in the middle of Dublin, the grounds of the hotel are really nice. Our room was really nice and comfy with a nice view of the grounds also.

I was only there for one night, so not long enough to judge.
