In the heart of the Georgian city of Dublin, this 3-star guesthouse features traditional dècor and furnishings. It was built in the 18th century, and was once part of the Earl of Clonmel’s estate.

In the center of Dublin’s cultural quarter, the award-winning Drury Court Hotel is ideally located just 215 yards from Grafton Street and is surrounded by Dublin’s best dining, theaters, and shopping....

Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, spacious, modern rooms are offered at this 4-star B & B. Serving hearty home cooking, Sandhills is just a 15-minute drive from Dublin Airport.

Location excellent and staff helpful
Disappointed with lack of wifi during last couple of days. The cook needs to learn about scrambling eggs and frying bacon without drying them out.
Location, staff, guesthouse itself.
I wanted a safe in my room.
Dublin's Staunton Hotel being just across from the lovely Park of St. Stephens Green makes it most convenient for nice stroll across to shops, museums and restaurants. And in another direction being from 5/10 mins walk from National Concert Hall (depending on your fitness) was another plus for us!
'NO LIFT' installed at Stautons!?Definately a minus for OAP's like us, our room was on the 3rd floor with 6 stair-flights! More stairs down to breakfast! No Luch or dinner availability. Surely a (NO-LIFT) warning sign listed on web-site would help?!
Location at St Stephens Green is great. Breakfast good and staff helpful.
Smallest room which was very tired and needs renovation. Was in a room at the front which was really noisy. No lift if you get a room on the upper floors.
staff helpful comfy room at back
noisy doors and thin walls- needs soundproofing - shower cramped + needed regrouting entrance to Iveagh gardens at back under lock and key wasting a wonderful facility
We stayed in Staunton's because of it's proximity to The National concert hall.Breakfast was good and service very efficient.
The room was very poor could do with a makeover. Even though we were in the newer part of the guesthouse it felt like it hadn't seen a lick of paint in about 20 years. There was no comfortable lounge to sit in. décor in general was very dull and in need of updating there was also no bar facilities.
Location is handy for O'Connell Street and south of the Liffey. Old but nice character.
Could do with a little TLC or upgrading in the rooms - for instance no sockets in the bedroom along the wall the beds are up against. The en-suite looked a little shabby.
Near centre of Dublin
Room at front of property and very noisy. Exceedingly small shower/toilet room, considering room was a triple one! Breakfast poor - only fruit offered was tinned grapefruit. Grilled tomatoes were raw.
Great staff, location and ambience.
Multiple hairs in the bed and on bathroom towels let this venue down which is a shame as everything else was pretty much spot on!
The location of the hotel is great! Straight out the front door and you're on St Stephen's Green.
Staff not overly helpful or friendly. Non-smoking room had been smoked in. Hotel was filthy in common areas. Breakfast didn't start until 8am, far too late for a business traveller. Would not stay again.
fantastic location ....easy to get to from airport
The location is excellent, right in the middle of town. The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
Location Public sitting room areas
Offhand reception service Poor shower in bedroom Slow breakfast service - v nice staff, but not enough at peak time. Generally not good enough value.
I would rate Staunton's very highly. Very comfortable. Charming and helpful staff. Excellent central location.
The location The people The comfort
The traffic flow to the front door
Staff was great! Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, great shower.
Valet parking Place was lovely Big breakfast
Excellent location, staff, breakfast, comfortable and clean room
Room good, but TV didn't work, and both bedside lights not working either
Helpful and friendly staff, good atmosphere, very good location. Good breakfast (despite prevalence of tinned fruits!)
Rate for third-floor (no lift) very small room was rather steep, even by Dublin standards... Plus severe wi-fi problems
Great location and helpful staff, comfortable and friendly. Very pleased with our choice.
The staff were wonderful, breakfasts were lovely and cooked to order, our questions were answered and the room was spacious
Third floor stairs were a bit much at the end of the day, altho we got a good workout! I would hope that elderly people or those with trouble getting around would be informed there is no elevator....
Very Helpful staff.
Breakfest was not a buffet. I was charged to call a access number to use a phone call to call the US.
It was nice that fruit, cereal & yogurt was out early for days when we needed to leave early.
Breakfast staff was slow or maybe there was just more staff needed. They also seemed not to really pay attention to simple requests. I noticed this happened to others also and not just myself and my husband. Seems like it would be easier, faster, and less food would be wasted if there was just a small buffet.
Poor plumbing; dirty carpet; noisy.
