The apartment was perfect and in the best location. When i arrived at the hotel, i was informed that the reservation was at another staydublin, even though my confirmation said the one i was in. Very frustrating as i was talking to the receptionist on the phone and not face to face. The apartment was perfect though and in the best location. |

Apartment was excellent - clean, comfortable and well equiped. Very central location, on Luas Line which makes it very accessable. Check in completely automated - by phone and codes. Make sure your mobile phone is charged! The television did not work and because it was 9pm when I spoke to "the receptionist" by phone there was nothing she could do except report it the next day.Not very satisfactory but other than all communication being by remote control I couldnt fault the apartment. |

The space and comfort of the apartment was brilliant. It was clean, decorated well and was great value for money! The booking was unclear, we thought we had booked Millenium Walkway apartments as per the email we received. When we reached the Millenium apartments, we were informed that we were actually staying at Chirstchurch. This was slightly irritating for us and not a big deal as we are from Dublin, but this could be a big downer for people who do not know the city! |

apartment very spacious and clean Yes toilet didint flush properly and fire alarm went off on xmas night as an apt had been rented out to group of hooligans who trashed the apt and continued to abuse the rest of the residents of the hotel who were standing on xmas night freezing their backsides off in cold due to a false fire alarm that hooligans had set off, police should have been called and we should have been given a refund. |

The room and the building was very quiet considering its location. It was nice not to have to put up with a noisy stag party sharing a floor with you. It was great to be able to smoke in the apartment and everything that one could want was supplied. From a firm mattress to an orange squeezer. Check out time was too early. 11 am does not suit us night time types. |

Convenient location for shops. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights were very noisy. We were kept awake with loud music and late drinkers until 3.00am. There was a lack of self catering equipment, we had to ask reception for a saucepan and cooking knife and there were only two mugs provided |

Having a kitchen The unit had extremely poor ventilation. It was very dirty, kitchen utensils and dishes were in-adequate (cracked and chipped plates and bowls), no serving bowls etc. Water system was very noisy. Turn on a faucet and you hear all manner of mechanical sounds. Mattress in the master bedroom was completely and totally uncomforatable and needs replacement. All in all a very disappointing visit. |

When we had serious problems with the room, the staff were polite and tried to be helpful, and arranged a refund of part of our payment. We stayed only one night, because the accommodation was well below any acceptable standard. There were bugs in the beds, and our children had to sleep in the sitting room. The room was not clean; there was even a dirty sock on the floor from a previous visitor. When it rained, the windows leaked. It was the worst experience of our vacation. Management did not take the time to check our concerns. |

I liked the location. I thought the hotel could do with some maintanence, main area of concern was the bathroom which had tiles falling of the wall around the bath area, obviously letting water to seep to the floor. A plumber arrived to inspect our bathroom as the people in the apartment below had a leak through their ceiling from our bathroom. |

I thought they were a fair price for what we got. The only surprise was when we arrived at the hotel we were then told to walk 5 minutes through Dublin to find our room. As it was 2330 hours this wasn't that easy. |
