Hotel staff very friendly almost perfect, room clean etc most staff friendly and helpful. On the price end of things,as a couple we only had cereal toast tea & a portion of scrambled eggs. There wasnt a button for these on till in breakfast area so the staff member tried to charge us first for full irish breakfast @ €19.95 each then tried to reduce it to a continental breakfast for €10.95 each! Still paid 7.95 each for the little bit of breakfast we got, absolute rip off!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The price was excellent. The bed was very uncomfortable and even with the heat off the room was way too hot.

Maria at the front desk gave excellent service. The only issue with the hotel is that you are required to log-in to bitbuzz for the wi-fi with a different code several times a day. There is a limit to the number of people that can use the wi-fi on a given code and you are not allowed to use it on both your phone and laptop. If you require unlimited and easy access to wi-fi that is free, then this will be an issue. I would recommend Stillorgan Park Hotel but they must be much better informed about the wi-fi since I found that it got in the way of doing my work. Booking.com should also specify this in the information about the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and are always ready to help. I never had brekfast or dinner in the restaurant (the bar food us fine). The taxi service may take a while, specially in the mornings.

Food was very bad. Returned one of our steak sandwich due to it being covered in onions ( specificaly requested no onions ) they just scrapped the onions to side of plate and returned the steak. When we complained to waiter he went back to the cheif and on return from the toilet ( passing kitchen ) they were just laughing at our complaints. We then went to duty manager, which was very sympathetic... But did absolutely nothing. And charged full price for the meal also

hotel was adequete but most definately not a 4 star. Was disappointed that there was no minibar in our room. Also the view from our window was the guttering which was full of cigarette butts - even though we had requested a non smoking room. Would also have liked some bottled water in the room.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My main disappointment was that what was described as a luxurious marble bathroom with 'fluffy towels' turned out to be very dated and the towels had most definitely lost their fluffiness.

The lift in the hotel is the worst life I was ever in, it needs updating or replacing. Room was nice after lowering what we expected after getting out of the lift. No mains cold water, while trying left tap open and it came on full force 4am in the morning waking us up! Cleaners working in the morning made loads of noise in and out of rooms banging doors, not everyone is up at 8am! Food in bar was top quality and very good value which was surprising given it was so quiet so food is cooked fresh as ordered. Its an old school hotel with old school staff, which may need to take redundancy and let some new young blood in and make this place what it should be given its location. Old school staff. The lifts, one was out of order and the other is old! Wonder how it even passes yearly test for insurance reasons? No cold water in sink tap. Cleaners made some noise.

Have stayed at this hotel for many years. However of late, although the room value is good the grill/bar food has gone from fairly good to awful. Just returned from 5 nights at the hotel and had hoped to meet friends/business people after my work for quick supper. No half bottles of wine available, all food seemed to have been sitting around for ages and reheated when ordered. I did get a great rate for the room but if I cannot meet with friends/customers for food then I currently feel I should look elsewhere. Radisson,Bewleys, beacon are regretably becoming places I should check out.

Everything was great :) I plan to stay there again if I return to Ireland to see my friends again. See you then! My only complaint is that I wasn't able to stay longer, and that I overslept and didn't get to enjoy the breakfast that I know to be delicious! Better next time

Very courteous and pleasant staff, aspecially at breakfast in the restaurant. Restaurant not open for dinner, meal in the bar was ok, but some lack of attention to detail (my steak was ordered with garlic butter, and I didn't realise until the end of the meal that it had been on the plate of my business associate, who had ordered his with, and received, the red wine sauce! )
