Nice stay for three days of business trip. Opposite there's the aircoach to the airport which arrives at destination in only 30'. the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good selection of food. To see a leakage from the roof while walking to my room. Although the breakfast offered a good selection of food, it would be advisable to be offered a reduce price for those who only have a light morning meal

This hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and professional. The only thing I didn't like and it's not the fault of the hotel was, I had to be up early for an exam in UCD each morning and on the last night of my stay the people on my floor were very loud and noisy, I suspect I didn't notice on the first two nights as the hotel wasn't full. My advice is to travel with a set of ear plugs and maintain the illusion of bliss. Fantastic hotel!

Stayed at this hotel several times over a period of two weeks as my daddy was in Blackrock clinic. Lovely hotel and very convenient to the clinic. My mum stayed in the hotel for a full two weeks and the staff were amazing. They organised free hotel transport daily to take her down to the clinic. Can't praise the staff enough. Lovely hotel. Had bar food most night and always lovely. Reccommend the cheese board!

Location was perfect for our needs. Modern, stylish hotel Would have liked softer and bigger bath towels, I.E. bath sheets, to live up to the 4 star luxurious experience. The ones provided in our Club Executive room were small and very stiff.

The Receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome. I couldn't figure out the television remote control and found it difficult to use the controls on the television.

Courteous, efficient and helpful TVs on in both the bar and lounge area. You can hear both at the same time. It is a nice area to relax, talk and read without the TV. There doesn't seem to be single room availability. If I hadn't had a discount it would have been too expensive

The staff were outstanding. They ( particularly the front desk) were extremely personable demonstrating genuine human warmth as opposed to the faux/robotic "how can I help you" manner that is so common in the service industry. Every effort was made to accommodate us and our needs. They made a mediocre hotel very good. The corridor to our room smelt strongly of smoke and the hand basin in our room was blocked. I tend to book all my hotel rooms via booking.com, and I didn't like that the Stillorgan Park didn't offer breakfast inclusive rates as most hotels on booking .com do.

We were given a fabulous family room with loads of space for our 2.5yr old to run about. The staff were so friendly at all times and the food from the bar food to breakfast the next morning was amazing. The location was perfect for Dundrum Shopping Centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My only fault would be a minor detail but its the little things people remember, is being charged €0.50 at the bar for orange cordial for our son!! Is there a need to charge customers be it guests or walk ins for such a small thing?
