The staff are great and go out of their way to make you welcome. This was our third visit to the hotel. Every one has been a pleasure. The breakfasts are to die for. The meal in the evening was very good. The rooms were clean and well laid out.The coffee and kettle was well used. The reason for the visits were to be near a friend who was in the Black Rock Clinic. As the hotel is very near to the clinic there were a lot of friends and relatives of the clinics patients staying at the hotel. I don't know if the staff are trained in their approach with dealing this situation or not but they always asked about the patients. A good and welcoming attitude which help the visitors to the clinic. I hope to be returning to the hotel soon, so that my wife and myself can have a few days to enjoy the surrounding countryside and sights. A good base to leave from and a excellent hotel to return to.

The staff were very friendly and approachable, I found it very easy to get into the centre of Dublin. I needed the accommodation as I had a child in the Blackrock Hospital, the hotels agreement with the hospital was very helpful to me. The only thing I did not like was the fact a very noisy family were in the room next to me, although the children were very young, they were still jumping and screaming after 11oc at night, I had to be in the hospital for 8 the following day, and found sleeping quite hard. my room looked out onto the airconditioning vents maybe they could put some plant pots ect just to make it more attractive.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I found all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and the facilities were well maintained. We had a very pleasant breakfast each morning in the hotel dining room during our stay and these were very good. I spend quite a lot of time traveling, staying in hotels in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and I found the whole atmosphere at the Stillorgan Park Hotel very friendly and relaxing. One of the small, but stand-out things was the free Wi-Fi access at the Stillorgan Park Hotel, as on our return to Brisbane, the hotel we stayed in wanted to charge for this. My niece and her husband were there at the same time and they use the hotel regularly on their trips to Dublin. We found that the closing of the room door was rather loud

My boyfriend proposed at glendalough just before we checked in, the staff were so friendly and shared my wonderful moment by upgrading us to a suite at no cost on our second night (it wasn't available the first night). It's a wonderful hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food was lovely but for us, it was all about the lovely staff! The bit buzz wifi vouchers were a but frustrating as the connection kept logging out

Friendly staff, especially Roberto in reception who would always welcome you with a beaming friendly smile. Very good breakfast choice, and restaurants within hotel were very good as well both in terms of food and service. Clean and spacious rooms with free wifi. TV, desk, tea & coffee making facility, ironing board.... but no mini-bar Nohting really... maybe water pressure in shower could be improved slightly as this varied and was slightly intermittant at times....

The staff were wonderful. Lisa on Reception in particular helped us enormously. Suggesting somewhere we could go for a meal, booking a table and giving clear directions on how to find the place. We had a lovely evening thanks to her and such a pleasant change.

Staff were friendly The beds were really uncomfortable and the food in the lobby bar was a disgrace and not just bad so we will not be returning to the Stillorgan Park, reallt disappointed as was definatley not a 4 star. We made a complaint about the food on the first night but nobody came back to us even though the reception staff told us a nuber of times they would.

I had a problem with noise caused by furniture being moved in the early hours of the morning which kept me awake. I complained about this at reception the following morning and was very happy with the way the receptionist dealt with my complaint. I judge any organisation by how they deal with things which go wrong and would give top marks for this (assuming it doesn't happen again) The rashers and sausages at breakfast were overcooked and hard but the fried eggs were excellent. I liked that they were being cooked at the pass, not elsewhere and left to go hard.

Beautiful and spacious room with large ensuite bathroom. Very clean. Requested babycot had already been placed in the room on arrival. Extensive breakfast. Beds are a bit short for tall people (> 1.8m). Apparently no complementary wireless internet access

My husband has food intolerances and the restaurant staff were quickly able to provide suitable milk and bread for him each morning. The staff were really helpful and moved our room when we had a problem with noise. The facilities in the room were very good, comfortable and plenty of space. The location is perfect to get to from the airport and to the city. There was always plenty of parking space. We would have liked more variety in the bar menu, it was fine for the first couple of days but was limited when staying for a week. Due to the weather, we did not wish to go out in the evenings to find a restaurant elsewhere.
