Stillorgan Park Hotel

Su situación, cercana a la Royal Mile y el castillo de la ciudad (5 minutos a pie), así como del zona de compras. Se ubica en una plaza con varios pubs con música en vivo, así como dos de los mejores restaurantes de Edimburgo. Habitación estupenda con vistas al castillo, amplia y cómoda cama, así como TV enorme LCD. Cuarto de baño con plato ducha y bañera. Desayuno abundante y de callidad.

el emplazamiento,

la cafetera no funcionaba, problemas con el aire acondicionado. Aunque existía el aviso de que la ventana no se podía abrir, después de la limpieza de la habitación la dejaron abierta hasta que regresamos por la noche y la cerramos nosotros, tuvimos que solicitar un calefactor pues el aire no calentaba y la temperatura era de 2 grados. Eso sí, nos lo facilitaron. Molesta el ruido ventilador baño

Friendly and helpful staff. Room a fair size with very comfortable beds.

Reception/relaxing area a bit small for 4 star hotel and corridors could benefit from refreshing up a bit.

Very close to Dundrum shopping centre. Plenty parking. Excellent receptionist staff.

Our room was not cleaned properly and was very run down. Nosiy pipes made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel was quiet - no noise from bar or function room - perhaps this was due to location of room.

Lighting was poor in room. I was attending a workshop and had preparation for same. Perhaps there could be one reading light.

Evening meal was very good. Staff very accommodating when we wanted a room change.

Difficult to find the rooms.

We were staying in the hotel for a friends wedding and the room was perfectly adequate. There was an issue with the first room we were allocated and the hotel staff were very helpful in moving us to another room when requested.

The promptness of staff in helping me with queries, the flexibilty of staff in ensuring transport was available to where I wanted to go

Later check out time would be good and early check in time if the room is available

excellent staff. bar food great and we enjoyed the music in the bar. Liked the fact that we did not have to move out of hotel once car parked.

The food in the bar is superb, staff friendly, and room clean and comfortable

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was very well laid out. It was an all round good & easy to deal with experience which was good.

Room 242 which I stayed in was nice but could do with a bit of paint here & there. E.G. water stain on the bathroom roof above the door.
