With an on-site health club, this hotel rests on the edge of the city: a quiet haven with convenient public transportation into central Dublin.
Score from 664 reviews Very good
Comfortable, calm hotel with great staff. Hotel is on major bus routes to the airport and Dublin city centre. 10 min walk to village with good restos and shops. Courtesy bus available for hospital or cab approx 10 euro.
I liked everything about this Hotel. The staff were so friendly and efficient from start to finish. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends in Galway. We were attending a wedding nearby. Very central for gong to town with a bus stop across the road. Thanks so much. Mary
Very reasonable clean and well appointed hotel with good facilities
I didnt really find the wi fi coverage very effective or reliable. So it may be worth checking if you intend to use it during your stay
The staff were really friendly, especially one of the bar men who recommended places to go in Dublin. The food was nice and fresh. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. There was a bus stop just across the road so we could go directly into the city centre.
The spa was closed for the duration of our stay which we were not informed about until the day of check in. The walls in our room were thin so you could hear everything from the room next door.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
poor quality bedroom, not up to budger class never mind 4star,Very few TV channels available in bedroom,Maintenance needed throughout the hotel and VERRY refresh on decor,Sorry to say we won't be going backnow,Air Conditioning unit broken.
I stated here for three days for business and found it a great hotel. I wanted out of city centre location (quieter and less traffic), good catering and wifi and this hotel has all this. The staff are friendly and helpful and my single room was adequate size to work in. The other thing I liked was this hotel is very clean and comfortably furnished.
Location and quietness of hotel. Very convenient for us travelling from south of Ireland. Managed to drive into dublin from hotel which had never done before. It was straight forward.
Price did not include breakfast.
Great location for the races, staff very friendly and helpful. Bus from airport right to the hotel. Hotel also provided a free courtesy coach too and from races. Excellent value, great breakfasts too.
food very good.
Bar needs to be cleaned and updated. Lifts are very poor quality and one not working.
Friendly staff. Good food. Great location.

The bed and room
Room was gorgeous
Cleaner banging door at 7 Heating wouldn't work in room Lift not working next morning leaving my crippled nan walking down steps
bar facilites and food
On Arrival about 15.30 corridor had dirty linen outside almost every room
Shower did not work
The evening dinner was superb, as was the service. Front-desk staff were friendly and efficient.
Bed was too warm; discovered lighter bedding in cupboard in the room next morning! Air conditioning, though very silent, blows directly on to the bed. I turned it off.
close to Dundrum shopping centre
food quite cold in Bar
Good attitude of reception and bar staff, excellent customer care awareness
Poor quality bedroom, not up to budger class never mind 4star,
Location staff food
Was very noisey uo to 5am as Xmas party on was told we were in quiet part of hotel but was over smoking area and noise of clients on corridor dreadful but I don't blame staff for their behaviour
Helpfulness of staff.
Very few TV channels available in bedroom and for those that were available, the reception was poor to very poor. When I reported this at reception, I was told it would be looked into, but nothing was done.
Friendly staff Great Location Comfortable Rooms
There was no shower mat and as a result I slipped in the shower and hurt my back.
Conveniently located between Blackrock campus (walking distance) and Belfield campus (longer walk or short bus ride). Quiet, but with good connection to Dublin city centre. Good service.
The room was too dark (not enough lighting).
