Being able to use the spa facility early in the morning before going to work. I did find it difficult to connect to wifi in the hotel. but it did not spoil my stay. |

Lovely spacious comfortable room. Excellent value for money. The cold water tap on the shower was broken so we could not use the shower and had to have a bath instead which was a bit awkward. |

Great design, very clean. Front desk staff was helpful. No hot water in the shower (or at least we couldn't figure it out). TV never worked and no one came to fix it when we asked for help. It is loud because all the doors slam shut. |

Receptionist staff were extremely helpful on the evening of our check-in. Night porter while extremely busy was polite, helpful and attentive to us while we were there. |

I mostly liked the design of the hotel, it was beautiful, with many places to sit and relax. I didn't like that our room was over a function room, so i could not sleep with the music, and people talking over microphone etc. i usually bring ear plugs, forgot them this time. |

500 metres north of Carlow Town (a 5-minute stroll), this bed and breakfast house on the N9 is an ideal base for touring the South-East of Ireland. |
