I had a problem with my room and the lady who was at the reception made all efforts to solve it quickly (and did it). I was really impressed. It's quite. Too far from the city center, however there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The breakfest is not that good also. |

i had a meal from the pub menu and it was lovely and good value We got up for breakfast. it was a pick way you want. the fry eggs, sausages, rashers, etc was cold. The toast must have been made at 6 o clock in the morning. it was like eating cardboard. there was no coffee or tea offered and when we asked the head assistant in the kitchen she got rude with us and many more |

Large room with great sea view ( I was on 4th floor) Good cooked breakfast. 2 nights for price of one deal. Helpful staff. Only minus point was no hot water on 2nd morning of my stay. Staff blamed 2 groups staying that morning but this shouldn't have happened in a hotel of this size and grade. |

The hotel room was great. Nice and neat and spacious. Situated on a bus route to the city center. The one drawback was not having access to free wireless internet. |

The room was spacious and was situated to the back of the hotel away from the main road, so it was quiet too. The bar area had a decent menu and wasn't too expensive. The staff were nice and friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice and the menu looked good too. The pillows were quite uncomfortable! The buffet breakfast wasn't up to much but i think we may have got the last of it and it had been sitting there for a while. I could also smell smoke in my room a few times even though we requested a non-smoking room. The hair drier left much to be desired, i don't think it would have dried a mustache and it smelled bad. |

Reception staff friendly and rectified problems with room. Main reason for choice was close to Blackrock Clinic . Comfortable bed. Really in need of updating. My room best described as shabby chic! |

I liked the room, parking was easily available, breakfast available at 7.30 electicity went out during night, fire alarm went off, rooms were too hot, window too big to leave open all night.A better variety of fresh fruit, cereal and breads at breakfast would be nice. |

Excellent location + attitude of hotel manager and resulting upgrade to executive room after raising initial concern about stale smoke smell in allocated room on arrival. Breakfast mediocre and over-priced (we hadn't booked it and paid separately in restaurant for it) |

The price was good, the location is good and it is nice to have free parking on site. Also, the beds are very comfortable. Yes, the heating in the room was on and we couldn't find a way of turning it off. Also, the lights were confusing to operate and we had trouble getting the light on in the bathroom. |
