Very friendly and efficent staff who were very helpful and polite. I stayed for the one night, as I had a Hospital appointment close to Tara Towers. I was delighted with my pleasent stay at this Hotel, as it made things a lot easier for getting to the Hospital. I must say it was quiet and restful, which I appreciated. I would certainly stay here again, and would strongly advise people from the country like myself to stay here. There is a great bus service from just outside the Hotel, which is a bonus instead of paying for a taxi service. This Hotel has a lot going for it , and I am so glad I discovered Tara Towers.

Good location, good price, friendly bar staff, good food The hotel is showing its age - especially in the rooms - mainly in the bathroom which needs updating. My room was on the first floor front and there are very bright halogen lights shining up at the hotel front so the room was never dark at night, even with the curtains drawn tight

We stayed here last year when they were in the process of a revamp; it's all completed now, and congratulations to the managment. We were happy with the finished hotel. The staff were excellent, no request was too big or too small, we will stay here again. It's a bus rude ti/from town if you don't want to bring your car, which you can park on site. We arrived late in the evenign the food service had finished but the staff showed us take out menus and even helped us order.

It is right beside the sea for the best view of Dublin, in Dublin. Great price, too. Umm.. The bed was a bit too hard, the mattress. Couldve been softer. But, Such a thing is always a personal wish matter.

We had a great stay! Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, and the staff was excellent. The complaints I had read previously seemed to be people who expected a 5* hotel at a 2* price. I was right. This was a very nice hotel and definitely a bargain. The hotel clerk, Maria, was very helpful in suggesting we visit a local fishing village to explore the countryside. She was very friendly and a hotty. The digital cable was a little spotty, but if you go on vacation to watch tv, you need to stay at the house.

Free parking is great and receptionist was friendly. Room was like a sauna even with window left open. The shower was in a poor state with tiles almost falling off the wall. Cleaners were banging on the door at ten o clock even though check out was twelve.

Staff - Lovely Beds - comfortable Food - Excellent, great value for money. Bathroom - tiles dirty around bath/shower area Asked for a room with a view, got a corner room with a tiny view of beach and graveyard next door! All small things but would need correcting.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable; breakfast was very good; location very convenient to buses and dart; price very good. Tea/coffee machine very welcome; nice quiet room. Nice public rooms. Lighting system was hard to understand - were some bulbs defective? Never quite got the room as bright as I wanted, especially bathroom; tv did not provide radio stations as promised - or were the instructions too obliquely written? Room was getting just a little tired.
