Great location for 3 day outpatients visit to Vincent's hospital. Staff extremely friendly in all areas & beautiful room with a great view. Definetly stay here again.
Have stayed before and had no problem which is why we returned.
The issue regarding residents parking- vague arrangement which resulted in my companions car being clamped on the morning we were leaving. Luckily she had a receipt for the three days but the staff needed some convincing even though it was their fault to give misleading instructions. No apology or offer of coffee while we had to wait for it to be unclamped. Disappointing end to an otherwise great week end.
The Bar was nice with a homely fire in the lobby. Friendly night Porter
Dirty Bathroom tiles beside the toilet. Staff who didn't care. No Residents bar closed at 2:15am. Room cold had to remove the wooded guard blocking it. One of the beds did not have valance sheet on it. Old , dated , Needs serious revamp
Very warm,friendly staff,lovely food
Should not have to pay parking or wifi should be included in hotel cost
Loved the view from our window overlooking Dublin bay. We were lucky that the weather was beautiful even though it was the end of November. Would stay again.
I was not impressed with the chips, which we had with our meal.either the oil needed changing or else they were reheated, and less croutons with salad might be better. Also the burger was bland if that can be possible?why was only the top half of the Xmas tree in lounge lit up and not the lower half? It created an economic impression.
location, bus stop outside hotel. proximity to st vincents hospital, 8 minute walk door to door. Homely.
Decor could do with modernizing in bedrooms, windows at the front could do with upgrading,
I found the hotel very homely and warm. Really liked all the fireplaces in the bar and reception. We stayed in a bedroom at the back of the hotel and it was nice and quite.
Breakfast just had scrambled eggs in buffet but I am sure they would have fried an egg if I wanted one.
I've stayed here before and found location very suitable
Television remote didn't work and manual control of sound non -functional. My room overlooked a cemetery. Not a problem for me but I imagine it could be for some!
I would recommend this to anyone it was very clean staff was very nice bed was comfortable and it was warm
It is really near the Blackrock clinic, so convenient for me as I had a relative there. Receptionist efficient and friendly. Room spacious and comfortable.
Hotel feels very dated, and I was annoyed by having to pay parking charges just to park overnight. Room only rate was good but to add breakfast was an extra €20 !!
Food was very good value and of excellent quality.Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. Restaurant and bar staff both courteous and helpful. Morning breakfast excellent.
Although we had requested a double bed,my wife and I were given a room with 2 singles for our 2 night stay.Complete mix up by hotel reception staff over booking of our 2nd room. This room was allocated to somebody else.Stood at front desk for 40 minutes whilst staff tried to sort out another room for a disabled man.Very poor service here.No apology or even a cup of tea/coffee whilst I stood waiting for them to clear their own mistake.Broken glass all over floor outside front door upon exiting at 9.10am.Very poor parking, for which you pay extra.Clamping on site, beware!! Will not be using this hotel again.
Location was great and bus stop to city right outside the hotel
Restaurant food and some members of staff. Meal was not good and no come back when complaint made. Staff member just came to our table while we were still eating and left the bill there without saying anything to us. We had not asked for the bill and felt we had to hurry and get out. Same staff member was serving in the bar later and was openly eating food while serving customers. His customer service skills badly need improving
The reception & foyer area.
The bar staff were lovely, everywhere was clean, the room temperature was excellent as was the comfort of the bed
The receptionist was very uninterested and not friendly.
Close to the Aviva stadium, bus stop right outside 10 minutes to the city centre.Nice Buffet breakfast.
stayed 1 night was satisfied with hotel and service.
Breakfast and Internet connection. Basic internet connection is more important when you are travelling for business purpose.
Lift require Maintenance and there is no way to take luggage through lift to the executive rooms other than this I did not find any thing negative.

It was our second stay at Tara Towers in room 128. It was me, my mother and my son who is 5. We had a great time, food is lovely. Very warm and comfortable room. Maid service was excellent and free wifi. The hotel was on the main air-coach route so a very swift route to/from the hotel and a 5-10 minute walk to Booterstown Dart Station. My overall opinion of this hotel is excellent and I would stay again and again. The breakfast is superb and worth including in your room rate.
Convenient location for our purposes, familiar surroundings (have stayed there several times before)
Hard bed, noisy neighbours and dismal bar. No free parking.
Food good and staff are helpful.
The room we stayed in wasn't very deocrated a very basic room when opening the door to the room the timber floor moved, the room was just so plain and plain white covers on bed. No colour to the room, carpet go do with a wash one or two stains on it.hotel staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent.. If I was to travel again I'd ask for a different room.
Excellant value for money, good breakfast. Excellent for transport.
Proximity to Ferry port. Food was excellent and portions were very generous
Hotel close to RDS Easy parking Good value for money Good food
