Although I stayed just one night I considered that the town centre location is ideal for a longer stay as all facilities are accessible within walking distance without having to take the car from the car park. It is becoming a little dated although this in itself is no harm. The outside could be brightened up and the courtyard could do with a bit of imagination to make it more interesting particularly for the summer |

Very convenient for town centre, rooms adequate and quiet location. Breakfast was always cold. Some staff not very helpful at reception. |

Staff was friendly and helpful Terrible street noise from drunks waiting at hotel taxi stand until 4 in the morning - sounded like they were right in your room. The existence of a hotel bar was primary contibuter here. One group of loud drunken partiers after another. This was a normal nite - no wedding or other event. |

Quiet and relaxing. Great location to the city center. Beds were comfortable but small. Very clean. |

Hotel Perfect in Every Way. Very Clean, Food very Good in Restaurant,Staff Friendly. Preachers pub nice and lively. Hotel in Town Centre near to Restaurants,Pubs and Shopping. Own Private Car Park. Will most definetly stay at this Hotel again. No Faults Whatsoever. |

Ideal proximity to the town centre and golf course. Reception staff very accomodating. Great effort form Paddy in the bar to make us all welcome. Mattresses were a bit hard. |

The food and the service was great, staff very friendly We had American guest dining with us and they were very impressed. I enjoyed the easy access to the town centre for easy shopping The rooms were very warm but then the weather was very warm we intend to revisit after xmas, please keep our email on file and let us know if your running any good deals. |

Usually its top class but standards have definately fallen since our last visit Put in smokers room, changed after several complaints but second room was not very clean and was very noisy. Credit card stopped even though we paid in cash (not informed). Staff not very helpful |

First of all, we were impressed by the receptionist, who was very professional, helpful and friendly. In the bedroom, apart from the attractive décor, the amenities such as tea and coffee, but above all the ironing board and iron, were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast with both buffet and service. This is a hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. |

Excellent location as a base for exploring County Clare. It was also enjoyable to have the chance to see the town of Ennis. The availability of free parking was also beneficial. Our room facing the side square was a little noisy. |

Nice comfortable hotel and very central. Excellent spot for a good night out in Ennis. The room was a little bit dark....but we asked for a smoking room. Maybe the non-smoking rooms are brighter and nicer !!?? |

A very nice hotel with all the amenities....nice bar and restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms very clean and spacious. Our room overlooked a beautiful courtyard and because there is no airconditioning the windows needed to be opened at night. This courtyard is also the walkway from the shopping/nightclub/pub area to the parking lot. Up until 3 or 4 in the morning it's extremely noisy |
