Temple Gate Hotel  

The receptionist was very kind and helpful also the night security man was very nice.

I was so disappointed with the hotel. I went down for a relaxing night but unfortunately we were put in a room that was on the ground floor and was unable to sleep due the the noise of the night clubbers outside our window waiting for taxi's till 5 a.m. !!! The room was so sufficatting hot we had the window opened slightly in which somebody threw an open bottle of coke in the window at us!!! Also the room decor was very poor and the bed side lamps did not work!!! The bathroom shower did not work properly it seemed like it was clogged with lime or something like that, also the bath had seen better days. Over all i was absolutely disgusted and i dont complain easily! Paid 69 euro for this experience

Friendly staff. Good hotel menu. Free car parking outside hotel. Good breakfast. Cosy heated rooms.

Locating hotel can be difficult. Suggest clearer signs as you get into Ennis. You might end up in the one way traffic system in the town. No problem with hotel.

Second time I've stayed there with a group of friends to enjoy the Craic during an Ireland v Wales rugby match. Location is absolutely superb if you, like us, wanted to saty in Ennis for a few drinks. No taxi costs to consider. All staff very welcoming, particularly in the bar! Enjoyed my bar meal too. Free parking is good. Overall a great place to stay.

Recepionist was so friendly & helpful..We had a great stay and the room was very comfy..

I loved the location, right in the middle of Ennis. The staff were fantastic and friendly, the food glorious. Would recommend and would defo stay there again.

We had a good time in ennis although we were there for a funeral which catered for.We were made to feel at home by all the staff.Wewould certainly recomend your hotel to all our friends.

There is nothing we did not like about Temple Gate Hotel

It's central location. Walking distance from Glor Theatre- drama festival held there. Ennis town difficult for parking. ..

Fantastic location. Very comfortable and great value for money. Staff were absolutely exceptional, particularly the staff at breakfast, they were excellent. A great break, will be back.

Difficult to find by car and can be noisy at times ( up to 3 am on Saturday night)
