Staff was super helpful with all of our questions and needs. Heater wouldn't turn off, they called a plumber for us. Our luggage was broken, the receptionist both recommended a nearby place to pickup cheap luggage (Penneys) and they disposed of our broken bag free of charge :) We arrived early the day of our check-in, they allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk till 3pm check-in time while we explored the city. Convienent location to O'Connel street main drag in town. Directly off the Red Line (laus) tram. Rooms were nice, 3 single beds. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling on a budget. (American student friendly.) Booked our tickets three months early with awesome rates on Bookings.com. Highly recommended.

It was very well priced and very well located. Lots of buses (from the airport and other cities like Belfast) drop you off about 5 mins of foot from the hotel, so it was quite easy to get there. The Trinity Collage and Temple Bar are very near, so there is lots to eat, and so many pubs nearby. The staff was super friendly and they even let us do the check in earlier than stated on our booking. There was no elevator, and the windows were a bit thin, so lots of noise came in during the night.

Fantastic location. Good price. They had a bad first morning at breakfast - no glasses, no plates, not enough bread, sour milk, and rancid apple juice. The second morning it was better!

The staff was very nice and friendly, cant beat the location as it is as good as it gets, very central. No need to use public transport as can just walk everywhere. As Dublin is very expencive city then a good bonus was also the chinese buffet restaurant thats only 2 minutes walk from the hotel (by far the cheapest option for dinner). Even though the room was clean, it was a bit "old" looking, probably hasnt been redecorated for years. Breakfast was very modest- just coffee and toast (but I guess thats all one can ask for 5 euros). Hotel advertised free wifi, but in reality it only works on the ground floor or maybe first floor as well. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no signal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful even in the adjoining pub, the food was nice and extremely reasonable, it is very central. ... shopping center on the doorstep! Beds were very comfy also! No LIFT..... Four floors up and they are steep, it is basic but cheap so you get what you pay for! Bit out dated but is very clean

Breakfast time was great! Not too early! We left our luggage at the hotel all day on our checkout day which was great! On arrival we were given a twin room even though my booking was for a double room. When I told the receptionist this she stated there was no double rooms available. I requested my money back and within minutes she gave us a double room, even though she had stated no double rooms were available a few minutes before. At breakfast we helped our selves to toast and cereal but were never once approached and asked did we want a hot breakfast or a full Irish.
