yeah when i checked in it was fine, the don't have computer so just hand written, which really isn't a problem, got the key to the room , bedroom was fine, a little small but sure i'm hardly looking for a room i can run about in. and the other guest in the room were so nice, and the noise level outside day or night was fine, i saw some reviews of people saying this hostel was bad and actually these peolple must be used to 5 star hotels because for me, everything was fine, i jist didnt like other peoples negative reviews,

The Apache Hostel is good if you need good location and less expensive price. The beds are too frail and makes lot of noise.

I liked the price and location. The beds are too fragiles and I couldn't sleep because the girl below of me didn't stop to move and all bed was swinging. And the hostel doesn't have a good lounge to spend time surfing inthe internet or reading.

Located in the city center, block away from Temple Bar. Hostel is tiny, cold and dirty. Very lound companies frequenty occupies third floor and entrance to the roof. Toilets are cold too, and toilet paper is often missing. Windows are single-framed and are barely keeping any noise from the Temple Bar crowds.

Nothing. This is by far THE WORST place I have ever stayed in. Bed linen dirty, broken window, room hadn't been cleaned in 100 years, toilet was shocking. And to top it all off, I was robbed of all the money I had in my purse when I left it in my room (and shut the door) to go to the toilet. Such a horrible experience, right bang in the middle of Temple Bar!!! Will never book this place again.

I was waiting above 40 minutes for checking in. No coffee/tee facility in the room, even though was in the room description. Generally, I don's recommend this hostel. you can find much better one for similar price.

The Apache Hostel was a fun place to stay. We enjoyed eating our discount pizza from the attached pizza parlour on the roof top terrace. We stayed in a double bedroom which was simple but pleasant and the room itself was clean. The bed was comfy and overall was reasonable value. One of the nicest things about this hostel is its location within Temple Bar and proximity to small supermarket where you can pick up any bits and pieces. Fun place to stay. :) Although the room itself was clean the sheets were stained and the communal bathroom was a bit grubby. That said the bed was ready made which was nice and the there seems a reasonable ratio of bathrooms to guests. I got the impression the main focus of the staff was the pizza parlour. The room we stayed in had nice sash windows but the single glazing does mean you might hear people enjoying the delights of Temple Bar. There seemed to be no kitchen facilities although there was discount on yummy pizza. All said we enjoyed our stay. :)

The service, very respectful. The location, near many necessary things for a tripper. The privacy of each room, the cleaning, very well. The noisy round

Bloke on reception was unaware that 2 rooms had been booked, so I had to make 2 card payments, and the security was non-existent. Rooms were small, bunk-bedded rooms with lumpy matresses and that was all - no cupboard, cabinet nor wardrobe. Windows were draughty and may as well have been non-existent - especially with a clock around the corner that chimed every quarter hour.

It's still rather near the metro. In the website it's mentioned that wifi is free. However, the reception was reluctant to provide user name and password for wifi access.

It's centraly located in Temble Bar which means that it's at the heart of Dublin, at least for tourists. As a budget hotel, it's well run. The staff and management are obviously very hard working and keen. Their attached pizza business produces the best pizza I've ever had! Despite their claim that there is wi-fi internet in every room, in fact their internet connection proved to be the most frustratingly unreliable and unpredictable connection I've ever encountered!

Im not a fussy guy at all. I just wanted a basic twin room. What i got was a bunk bed,a hanging rail and hardly room for the two occupants to stand in the room beside said bunk bed. The curtains werent up,half hanging off, hardly acceptable when you can see 9 windows opposite. Thus got changed in the shared bathroom. When i was checking out,i had to wake the staff member to get my deposit back. I wouldve been happier in my car.

We got our money's worth. It wasn't a very nice hostel, but it was good for a couple of students who just wanted a night to explore Dublin. It's location is perfect because it is right in the center of the city--great for the Irish pub experience! The staff doesn't use a computer, so I got a handwritten receipt. If you are comfortable with that then it won't be a bother.
