The staff were an asset to the hotel. All staff we encountered were friendly, obliging and extremely polite. We stayed on a Saturday night and when we went to the entertainment in the hotel bar we got complimentary finger food which was a bonus at the latter stage of the night. Really nice touch. I hope management appreciate their staff as they enhance the running of the hotel.
The food was very good!
Room was freezing, had to have electric heaters brought into the room, first one didnt work so had to get another! Double bed very small!
Staff were very friendly and obliging, food was gorgeous great atmosphere.
Bar area could do with more seating.
Room was too warm - couldn't turn off the heater in room.
Felt smell of smoke in room. Room should be non smokimg as requested. Maybe it got in through the air system
lovely Reception Staff had great time to talk to us! Bar Nice the poor Barman was very busy as he had to serve the meals as well!! Enjoyed our stay will go back again!! Room very Clean and the Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it!!
The food was of a good standard
There was a smell of cigarettes in the room even though it was a non smoking room
Convenience of location
perhaps a bit too warm better than being cold!
This is a 3 star hotel. I felt the room prices were a bit steep as did my friends who were also booked in. I've stayed in 4 star hotels for the same price.
Staff were excellent
tv in room had very few stations.
A lovely lady Kathleen on reception both and we checking in & the following morning, she was very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely.
The only negative is the room was too warm even after turning the radiator off it still kept coming on
The portions of the food were enormous, it was also very well cooked and presented
Food was lovely comfortable Surroundings
The room was like a sauna no way of turning down the heat
Everything was very nice, bar, dining room, good food and helpful staff.
Only one thing I didnt like was spider webs in the corners of the room and one big one hanging down right over the bed.
Everything was excellent. All Irish staff. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely staff.lovely evening snack. Would recommend this hotel to friends/ family
Nothing to complain about...
Value for money. Comfortable, good food, friendly and helpful staff and location for doing business in Navan
nice venue for Monday night entertainment
nothing to dislike
The hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and i would visit again. The bedroom was so cosy and the colours in the room were very up to date.I would recommend the hotel to my friends .
The only thing i didn,t like was that i wasn,t staying longer.
5 minute taxi journey to town. Staff very friendly. Clean, comfortable room.
staff were friendly and helpful
the bedroom looked out onto a roof with a lot of building materials. The noise in the bar from a disco nearby in the hotel was very loud with a thump thump bass sound.
Friendly Bar and Breakfast staff Good price for B&B for two
Double bed was cramped and not that comfortable. Décor looked jaded nineties Food was unimaginative
No Internet in Room
The staff were very helpful
The bedroom had no view from the window and was very cold.
The hotel is in a good location, friendly staff, good beds and clean rooms.
The breakfast was really disappointing. The sausages were deep fried along with the pudding. Potatoes tough and tasteless. I must say it was a real let down.
