Right beside the main shopping area in Waterford and close to all restaurants and pubs. There was a hen night a few doors down from our room and they made alot of noise at 4am and the night porter only came up at 6am, but, overall, despite the disturbances, not a bad place to stay |

I really liked the warm and helpful reception staff-always a good first indicator of what to expect from the hotel No, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. |

given good attention at reception and instructions re car parking facilities nearby explained easily. Small nice compact hotel Breakfast hurried even though we were in breakfast room at 10.20. staff had to work around us so that they could get to bar by 11.am. |

Nice, good quality hotel. Rooms a nice and comfortable. Very centrally located. Ideal for weekend trip. The parking the only real down side. You have to check in, then park down the street and walk back up to the hotel. Also there is an extra €8 a day charge for the park. This should have been included in the price. |

staff were friendly.liked that there was smoking room available.pity though there was no music out there.location was great for goin into town. arrived at 3,rooms were not cleaned.check-in is at 2 so we thought the rooms wud have been ready by then.we had to wait for our rooms to be cleaned and were'nt offered a free drink for anything for da delay. |

City location was exactly what we wanted. Staff were helpful & friendly & the room was very clean, comfortable & quiet during the night.Rates were super for a breakfast included stay. Car park being a short distance away may be a problem for some, but any confusion about this was easily cleared up with a call to reception before we arrived in the city. |

It was in easy reach to everything we needed in the city, very comfortable, clean with a friendly atmosphire the food in the bar/restaurant was superb The parking situation was not explain very well and the directions to the hotel were not great |

able to book in early, friendly staff,breakfeask included in price no extras. a sheet would have been enough on the bed as room was hot due to a lot of noise outside, people talking,breaking glass,air conditioning units,so we had to clode windows. |
