Convience Not having tea / coffee facilities in room, wouldn't cost a fortune to provide them, especially when breakfast is at 15 euro per head |

Convienent to the INEC. We attended a concert and it was just a short walk yet away enough from the bustle of the aftermath of the concert. Staff were very friendly, the room was spotless but cosy and the breakfast catered for every appetite including freshly baked gluten free bread. We will definitely return. |

Near national park and Killarney town.Lovely staff.Great food. Having booked with booking .com and gotten a good deal I was left in a room looking over a carpark.It was a nice room but the view could have been better.Was this because I got a bargain? |

space in the hotel, peacefulness it was mid week which helped, food and relaxation of our stay i taught the reception area was cold i asume the air condition was on. |

Staff were extremely helpful. they did not have record of our booking but when i presented my confirmation email they were so apologetic and upgraded our room with free breakfast! was having breakfast in morn on my own, no paper for me to read!!! |

We have stayed at the brehon before and were really looking forward to our return visit.This time round we didnt use the spa facilitys but the previous time it was something to remember, absoulutley fantastic! The staff are really courteous and friendly and we had a good experience with the concierge who was really helpful with our luggage as we had alot and he had no problem bringing it all up to the room, he even went a step further and hung our coats up and on our departure it was raining buckets and he offered to bring our car around to the front and load it with our luggage, which we found to be very helpful and kind. We would certainly recommend this hotel top class. The Only fault we had was that its not a very chid friendly hotel as there are no facilitys for children .You can use the facilitys of there sister hotel the gleneagle where they have a play area but our little boy is only one and needs a parent or babysitter with him to use facility so that was a bit of a downside. The other negative factor was because we booked with booking.com you dont get bed and breakfast which is a shame as they charge 15 euros per head for breakfast |

Absolutely fantastic, excellent rooms, great food and the staff are really friendly. The setting of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Killarney National park, I fail to see how anyone could say anything bad about this hotel, we will return!! |

My husband and I stayed at your hotel for two nights of the august bank holiday weekend. The staff were very nice we ate in your resturant my husband got a fillet steak he found this very tough, the staff didnt ask of how our meal was so we didnt get the oppurtunity to do so. We had a two course meal with wine and when we talk about your hotel that is the only thing that was the downfall. |

Luxury, spotlessly clean, great food and really helpful unobstusive staff. The Spa was also fantastic, one of the best I have enjoyed at any hotel I enjoyed absolutely everything about the Brehon and I recommend it highly, location is perfect |

Clean & efficient 1) No tea making facilities in room. 2) Breakfast shown on internet €10, charged at €15. 3) Lacked atmosphere - although your leaflets talk about Irish hospitality, meet very few Irish staff. 4) Perhaps wouls have a better impression if in a front facing room. |

The quality of the rooms was excellent. The service in the resturant was very variable and we had to wait an hour for our meal on one evening.When it arrived the quality of the food was excellent.Consider the number of 'covers' in te restaurant. |

It was a very pleasant and relaxing time. It is a very comfortable and very clean hotel. The food was excellent, especially in the bar. The room was spacious with a fine bathroom; the separate shower is a big plus. We will definitely book this hotel when we visit killarney again. Not much, however, tea and coffee-making facility in the room would be a good idea. Also, our package didn't include breakfast, which we were aware of and was extra, so were the rest of the other guests in the restaurant, when we were reminded of this fact! A little discretion would have been appropriate, quite embarrassing. |

the brehon is one of the best hotels ive stayed in ,staff are friendly rooms are very good with tv and free internet once you have your own laptop restuarnt food was very good ,i will be going back.there is also a shuttle service to the town or if you want to walk its about 10min walk. |

The hotel is spotless and the staff are very attentive. Breakfast is a feast of delight. It is expensive but you do get what you pay for. |
