The hotel was very quite and staff were attentive. Well located and had a relaxed atmosphere

The lack of in room tea and coffe making facilities was a significant negative.

Hotel is so comfortable, staff are fantastic and breakfast offer is very good. Nothing is too much trouble for the brehon

i liked everything abiut the hotel it was pure luxury, i liked the fact we had a balcony to our room and the room was equipped with everything you would need. the hotel was spotlessly clean and very relaxed.

this is not so much about the hotel as a service i received, i used the spa and booked my treatments in advance and when i arrived at the hotel, their was an offer leaflet for the spa in the lift that i had not been notified about during my phonecall to the spa, I felt it would have been nice if i was informed of this prioir to my stay.

I was staying on the 4th floor and there was a vent for something creaking at night.

this is our fourth time staying at the hotel and the experience keeps getting better.

From the time we arrived at the hotel we were treated with courtesy from the staff at the front door,reception and all the staff throughout the hotel. Any request for information etc., was dealt with efficiency and courtesy

The hotel itself is decorated excellently and the air conditioning in the rooms was great. Separate shower is a rarity in hotels.

I was contacted to change to another hotel as they had over booked. I found this unacceptable. Also there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, which should be in a 4 star hotel.

Arrived after 9 and there was no chance of something to eat in the bar, would have liked a sandwich but not possible in the bar after 9...should be more flexible
