The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - the recommendation of a local restaurant for dinner was superb! - and the hotel exudes an air of quality and comfort. The room was very well appointed and very comfortable. |

Not much. The bar was nice and good location The service of the waiters was very poor. Both myself and partner did not feel well after our meal there. We asked for a double room but instead got two single beds pushed together. |

Location was excellent. Room was very spacious. Extremely comfortable bed and quality duvet. The air con was not working, duty manager had no idea how they worked, moved room in the middle of the night. stains on two of the prints on the wall, poor choice of bathroom soaps etc. |

Enjoyed our stay, friendly & helpful staff, hotel located in a very nice area, hotel was very clean and comfortable. Food & drinks were very much over-priced. Found it irritating that we had to pay €10 for parking at our hotel- would not have considered this as a particular luxury!! Also found that there was very little difference between standard and executive king rooms. If I stayed here again I definitely would not "upgrade" to executive king room. |

The room was nice I did not like the fact that after spending 100 euro a night on a room, I still had to pay another 10 euro per day for parking. |

I only stayed one night and really did not have time to enjoy the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping in the grafton street area. Also, for the NCH and St. Stephen's Green. |

Very close to the town center and the bus stop very handly from the airport. Staff very nice and good service The temperature, there was not a thermostat in the room. I would appreciate that, it was a bit cold for my taste. |

The place had a good buzz, with a great lobby if you like people watching, was close to the center of town with taxi rank and bus stop outside. A taxi driver told us that the original peace talks took place there, we thought the hotel should have used this as a selling point, maybe by displaying some sort of plaque or short exhibit. Shower was look warm, view from room over roof with exhast pipes was awful! Would have appreciated drinking water as tap water was undrinkable. Breakfast should have been included in price |

it was on a room basis and it was quite in the morning time but at night some noise from late people coming in and talking out loud and calling each other in the hallway but ok for the weekend not really but i would not rate it as a 4 star as i have stayed in some that were better the hair dryer was very old and placed in a drawer by the tea making tray and only 1 armchair to sit also it was a 20 min walk to grafton street |
