The hotel itself was gorgeous , The reception area was great , and the staff were very ploite . The food was lovel in the restuarant . Nice stay . The hotel states that it is centrally loacated in dublin , this isnt the case . Its a good 25minute walk (I walked it several times ) If you are booking this hotel on its location it cost €10 in a taxi into Dublin City Centre . (This in itself tells you that it isn't centrally Located.

Convenience Only Problem was Parking - spent 20 minutes driving around trying to find parking. Eventually having had to go back in to hotel reception a member of staff opened a gate to a secure car park for me.

We were visiting Dublin for just a day and since the hotel was near the town center we were able to enjoy the sites of the city. The personnel were very professional and curteous. We would definitely stay there again.

The price was good and the location was kind of central, walking distance to the heart of the city. There was construction going on right next to and across from our room, there was too much noise early in the morning. Also, we were right above the restaurant/bar section, that caused more noise at lat evening and night hours.

First of all i would like to say a big thankyou to a chap called Charlie who works on the front desk for looking after me after having an awful first night being kept awake by the noise below my room.He seen to me by not only changing my room but up grading it as well and was able to have a good nights rest. After the way i was treated having had a prevous bad experience at the hotel i would consider staying again hopefully for a more relaxing weekend.

The price, we paid 44.50 euro room only but it is an old hotel trying to compete with the newer 4 star hotels but in our opinion not coming close. Our aircinditioner worked for a few minutes then switched to fault- service each time it was reset the same result. If you like herds you will get it here bus load after bus load either arriving or departing and loads of luggage, to fill 500 rooms it probably needs that but we felt it was far from our ideal place to stay having been to the Ashling and the Raddissonn Blu Royale and having a very different experience.

I was attending an event at the Hotel and so it was brilliant to be able to not have a taxi or travel. Having said that, the facilities were that good I would definately stay again and/or recommend the hotel. I am awaiting a response on a query about payment.

We sorted out a room problem when we check in and the Staff couldn't be more helpful indeed. The Night manager is a credit to this hotel - well done to you stayed 9th & 10th May. The Hotel is great warm and very friendly staff. Location in Dublin was brilliant as we could take a taxi to the city center for less than ten Euros for the four of us. comfortable rooms that help us relax for the two days away so our thanks folks for looking after us so well. Great parking a major plus and Wi-Fi Had a great dinner at the Hotel so I check out the special offers of B&B and Dinner.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The Bellini bar was one of the largest ones we have enjoyed at our conventions and we all enjoyed it. The food for the conference was not what I would have expected. The food on the final evening was the best of my stay. they need to filter their water as when tasted from the room it was awful. Catering staff need some reviewing of serving issues like removing plates before people finished.

Hotel staff was excellent. Reception staff very nice, but were confused often, not good with "names" and looking up names correctly. Food was good. Usually a wait for a drink in the bar, but very friendly. Water pressure was sometimes difficult to navigate in the bathrooms.

we were a party of three in two rooms. Staff were very helpful in providing a celebration congratulation cake at short notice on Fri. evening. On Saturday evening a young bar lady was more than helpful. I can highly recommend the Burlington staff.
