How big and clean it was. The bar and live entertainment was brillient We had to wait for our room for 40 minutes and there was exposed wire in the bathroom which was dangerous. I complained but it was not seen too and my wife and i had checked-out our weekend break had finished. |

Our booking had been cancelled so we could not have the rooms we wanted (had to settle for twins instead of doubles); the bathroom floor was dirty and even after a second clean the stains were still there. One of the room was freezing (draft from the windows). We asked for beds to be put together (had to be asked several times). On arrival, they found no record of our booking, then told us we had booked for Friday and cancelled Saturday but they could not produce the paper work (as the offices are closed), when we could produce that we cancelled the Friday and not the Saturday. The staff were unfriendly and they could not care less if we wanted to stay or not. The rooms are basic with water stains on the ceiling. Could write much more still |

its proximity to the city centre, the foyer was well presented The room was a disgrace. The corridors in the hotel were filthy, there was dried vomit in several areas of the carpet and the utility doors were opened and messy. We stayed in the executive wing and I am happy that I didn't book a standard room, god knows what that would have been like. Our room had a door to an adjoining room and we could clearly hear conversations and the television from the guests in that room. We were also treated to hours of sexual groans from other guests across the hall from our room. The air conditioning didn't work, the bed moved as the castors weren't secured. The shower leaked from the side. There was mould in the bathroom and two of the lights in the room didn't work. |

Location of hotel is very good for city. The room was excellent as was the breakfast. The bar service was terrible when not a big crowd at the bar. We had to wait 10 minutes and ask the Manager twice within that time. |

I liked the good and friendly service The breakfast was below standard for a hotel of this category. Porridge and fried eggs had to be ordered separately. |

Very well presented hotel both public areas and bedrooms. Standard room was great with an excellent modern bathroom. The bars and lounges were very comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staf throughout. Well located for the city centre - a 10-15 minute walk. Avoided previous experiences of hotels in noisy central districts. |

Close to city centre. I was called by house cleaning at 7.30am on the saturday morning of my stay, they actually entered the room at this really early hour and i had to tell them to go away. They were back again at 8.30 and again at 9.00 it absolutely ruined my stay which was the first time away without kids and was really looking forward to a lie in without interruptions. Then when we arrived back after a day of shopping hoping to relax before dinner a cleaner entered the room ok she fixed bed, towels etc but then after 15 minutes of cleaning started to vacum the room just when we wanted to have a rest about 4 pm now we left the room at 10am i put the sign on the door saying that it was vacant expecting it to be cleaned while we were out.20 euro carpark charge? |
