Catered for in a professional manner which totally looked after our needs for the occasion for which we were staying in the hotel. Lacked a bit of a personal touch. Was fine, just didn't go the extra mile!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, also when needing extra assistance. I had asked for a fridge, which they provided without problem. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good. I was told that this is the biggest hotel in Dublin. They seem to get several coaches a day with guests, which made the breakfast room very crowded and the overall experience very noisy/anonymous.

Quiet location fifteen minute walk to main city. The weather was unusually good, don't know if I would be so keen to walk in the rain. Breakfast was excellent, staff could have helped the experience. This was a very busy corporate hotel. Not sure if they knew we were there or not.

The Room Service was fast and tasty. The internet was fast. The room was the usual reliable, clean room you expect from the Burlington. The refurbishment of the hotel means that it's not operating at the top of its game.

The staff! Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the Bellini's (Sp?) staff. Breakfast in the improvised dining room worked well. (Albiet, a tad on the pricy side.) Our second stay. Parts of the property a bit in need of upgrading...torn carpet in our room (673) and the bat handle coming off the wall.

- For 2 days the hot water was not actually hot, it was just slightly warm. - the hotel website says the guest can use the swimming pool across the road but I was told that they don't have swimming pool

Good breakfast (bar scrambled eggs on a hot tray buffet) Sensibly priced bar Positioning for city centre Arriving on the 1st night to be sent on a wild goose chase around the block by reception while they tried to conceal the error with the booking made by the hotel. Correct action is, "We have a small problem with you booking. Please take a seat and we'll come and get you when we've sorted it out. Getting back late on the last night having been out all day, to find no towels for a shower in the morning. I don't start chasing staff at 11.30 when I have an early start.

Friendly people, quick checkin/checkout, bar is nice My room definitely needed renovation. From what I understand, other rooms have been renovated already, but I had a very noisy fan that sounded like an idling truck!
