I thought the appearance of the hotel foyer was beautiful, being newly refurbished. A very comfortable stay.

The water was lukewarm in the mornings for a shower, although very hot at night. Also the heated containers did not seem to keep the food hot at breakfast time.

Friendly staff, good breakfast

No air conditioning on 4th floor! Even though outside the days were
slightly cold, the rooms and corridors were very warm both day and
night. The fan we asked for was only useful to circulate the warm air
around the room.

The bed was very comfortable

No toast or fried eggs @ breakfast which were advertised on menu

The mattress was a bit hard, and the view from the room was uninspiring

The room was very clean and comfortable with all ammenities The breakfast was excellent and the manager at breakfast in the dining room was great, very polite, efficient and made everything run smoothly He should be complimented.

Our only concern was that on arrival at the hotel we were given the impression that there may not of been a room available even though we had a copy of the booking comfirmation with us, the receptionist had to ring reservations and did not seem particularly welcoming at that time.

The hotel staff were excellent, the breakfasts were excellent, would
recomend this hotel, only one thing against hotel that if you dont like
walking the city centre is 25 minutes away but bus stop and taxi rank is
right outside and very reasonable

fire alarm at 4am nobody seemed to no what was going on no member of staff at assembly points total shambols staff safety training needed before its a real fire and people die

It was bright and airy. A big change from the old Burlington Hotel. Nice
and central if you are aware of "the Irish 10 minute walk" into the City
Centre, but the walk does bring you across some history if you know
where to look.

It would be helpful if a member of staff remained in the food area during breakfast then they could ensure that items were re stocked when necessary.
