Nice and clean, comfortable room, good parking, good location, good price
Main building looks a bit shabby from outside, ordered chicken curry room service and chicken stone cold, took off bill but no apology from staff
Staff such Comfortable beds Wonderful buffet breakfast/ variety Cleanliness Extras E.g. warm cookies on arrival Jelly beans and bottled water in room Special requirements I requested were received
Buzz in the hotel, comfortable rooms.
No brush for the toilet sanitary. All the rest was perfect!!!!
Excellent facilities and comfortable room. Spacious lobby and good layout. Security dealt quickly with issue of drunk guests and management compensated us quickly.
Party music too loud one night and drunk revellers trying to enter our room at 3.30am.
Staff were friendly and we were able to leave our car in the car park all day for a very reasonoble price even though we had already checked out
Bar staff were unfriendly;waitresses were very nice but seemed under a lot of pressure
Room was great, excellent service.
Breakfast was only average quality.
Repairs on the heating during the night were noisy. Unfortunately
Clean, good room service (delivery and options). Plenty of outlets near bed -- important for me. Accommodating staff. Downstairs bar was very nice. Nice business center. Breakfast better than 2 other hotels of this class I stayed in.
Bathroom?!?! I am 6'3" .. was hard to take a shower in that without getting the entire floor wet. Simple shower curtains would have been fine. The toilet lever was soooo hard and squeaky to flush and generally bad toilet design. The handle was sooo noisy that it bothered people in other rooms. I was in room 300.
Excellent staff so friendly and very helpful ,
Car park charges for guests & breakfast should be included in all rates
Recently renovated hotel, modern styling inside. Great bedrooms
Looks dated on the outside
The heating was not working and were given an oil heater
Breakfast charge and car park charge were not included within the accommodation charge of € 194 I would have thought the above 2 items would be included all together. One night bed and breakfast+ parking for 2 @ € 229 is far too expensive
Executive lounge is a brilliant touch and well worth the extra money. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the food was very nice and the staff were very approachable, helpful and well mannered.
Well trained and very friendly staff - so helpful at an extremely busy time! Breakfast very good.
Hotel is located about 10 mins from Stephens Green, lovely spacious bar with televisions which is good if you like sport and lovely breakfast
Absolutely disasterous if you want to park your car and an event is taking place. no-one to help and you are left to your own devices to leave your car probably on the street about half a miles away which is totally ridiculous, if you plan to stay for 2 nites at hotel. Noise levels at hotel up til 4 in morning both nights, people talking, smoking, singing and generally noisy while you're trying to sleep. A big problem, i think for the hotel.
Lovely hotel, room was clean and supercomfy. Quiet room was great. Bar food was great
Breakfast was ok - poor quality sausages. Bar service in lounge wasn't great. No restaurant for evening meal - bar food is great but noisy for families
Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel bar was nice, breakfast was excellent with a great selection, well worth the money in our opinion! Rooms had good facilities and the bed was comfortable.
Quite a walk from the city centre but taxis are readily available and affordable. Advertised king is in fact two beds affixed together with a clip. The television had a very poor selection of available channels.
We paid for an upgrade, but we got a room next to a lift shaft, so it was a bit noisy. There was a xmas party downstairs - v loud. 4 am noise in corridor - drunk, swearing people returning. Wake up 6 am, so not a lot of sleep that night:(((
All round, an excellent hotel to stay whilst in Dublin.
Great food .....fresh fish for breakfast.
Found it hard to believe that they hadn't got a smart phone charge at reception
Service at check In on arrival was disgraceful .. @ 17.30 the room I booked was not available and I was asked to sit and wait , after about 15 mins I went to check what was wrong and a very nice guy called Dan did actually manage to sort me out . Parking was dreadful , very few places and having arrived home noticed my car had been scratched in underground car park by another car, My friend travelling with me found the porters totally disinterested and when asked about parking was told to find parking on the road .
Large executive room great bed
slow check in
The staff couldn't do more for you and remembered you every time they were in contact with you. We had a slight problem with the breakfast billing but it was handled with ease and politeness at the front reception and we will definitely be back next year.
