Size of room, The ajoining wall to the next room was so poorly constructed and acoustically insulated, that the neighbouring guests might as well have been in bed with us! Every intimate detail was audible!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was larger than most European rooms. When we checked out and we were heading out to tour Ireland the hotel allowed us to store our luggage until we returned. The breakfast was large and very good. The room could use updating but was more than adequate for our stay.

The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect We arrived late at night and they gave us a very ugly room with a broken window (the glass was taped!). When I asked to be moved they said there were no other available room till the following morning. They shouldn't have given that room on the first place! Anyway the day after we were given another room and this one had no problems whatsoever.

Nice location, close to bus lines, decent proximity to airport, friendly and helpful staff. Very small bathroom and shower; climbing four flights of stairs to get to the room.

central location, fairly decent sized room, good food at breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Room not very sound proof. Breakfast room was small and cramped, but staff were efficient. States on the website a taxi from the airport was 25 Euros, when it was actually 40 Euros.

Convenience to city center and all the tourist sites and tour opportunities. Staff most helpful and friendly. My 77 steps up to my room on the top floor. Really took a toll on my knees carrying a heavy suitcase. Might have been nice to have had a staff member willing to do that for some of us "older" visitors and offered to me at time of registration. Still, overall a great bargain and fantastic location.

We spent 4 nights in Charles Stewart and we are really satisfied about our stay. Hotel is located in a great position; good irish and/or continental breakfast in the morning. The staff was really kind, gave us suggestions for guided tours and places to visit. The hotel has a luggage room, which is great if you have your flight in the afternoon/evevning and you want to enjoy the last walk through Dublin streets. Our room was clean and was tidied up every morning. Highly recommended if you wanna have a weekend or week staying in Dubin and have a really good price with a good confort accomodation. Didn't like the separated skin tabs for cold and hot water. There was no soap in the soap machine. A soap would have worked.
