The room was rediculosely hot during the night and could do with blackout curtains.
We loved the clean room Amazing value for money. The breakfast was brilliant! We would definitely stay again. Thank you
Rooms were too warm, no opening windows. The bed, we rolled to the middle
Breakfast was lovely
Premises clean but very Shabby Breakfast poor
There was a small radiator for a huge room so it was quite cold as it was freezing out. The hotel corridors smelt funny bit the room was fine
The room was massive The location was central
Bathroom extremely tired..loo roll holder and bathroom shelf missing.loo roll on floor mirror light not working bedroom radiator not working even though they supposedly sent someone to sort it out
Excellent full English breakfast Plenty of hot water Always towels replaced
Near most amenities
Not really a bad experience the room my daughter and myself were in had twin beds but was only really big enough for one single
Big comfy room nice breakfast
Central to all locations , everything with in walking distance
Extremely small bathroom
Good value for money. Don't expect luxury but the room had everything u needed and were clean. For the price and location it's perfect
Location. Friendly helpful staff
Our room had a colony of pigeons nesting above and woke us up at dawn every day and perched on the window sills so I didn't feel I could open the window.if you frightened of birds do not stay in room 206.
Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean.
Lack of parking for car
Centrality; comfort, security, wifi, attitude of Staff, ease of access
The staffed allowed us to use the lobby to lay down until we could check in since our plane landed early. We had great WiFi service and enjoyed the breakfast. They had a full Irish breakfast, cereals, fruit, many options. Our room was not huge but just enough space for the two of us. It was located in a great spot so we could walk to mostly everything including temple bar.
The noise of the waters
The situation is great The staff friendly
The off site parking blocks away tended to be a hassle with a young toddler. The upstairs room above ours was very loud when the occupants walked around. When I mean loud, I mean very loud. The floor creaked so badly. Several areas needed attention in our room. The toilet had problems flushing, the shield in the bathroom needed replacement as it was broken, and only a handful of channels worked properly on the television, the remainder were audio only. Normally I would address these items with the facility, however we were in such a rush out the door to catch a flight I didn't have the time.
The value of the stay and location was great! The employees were very courteous.
(1 )We asked could we leave our luggage as we where too early to book in. they kindly obliged and said put them in the basement area we where horified at the mess to the point that we considered not staying (2) Taps in bathroom both hot ( 3) could not adjust the temperature on the radiator
The room allocated to us (106) faced onto a side wall which was inhabitated by pigeons, there constant noise from about 3am which woke you and smell of bird faeces was unbearable. We had to have the window open as the heating was on (no air con) making the room too hot. Unsure if the bed was an actual bed or make shift bed, it was so noisy and woke up constantly throughout the night.
Pretty much everything
Early morning I could hear the sound of showers from other rooms etc
The room was nice and was confortable.
Plumbing system was a little noisy and water temperature loved to fluctuate (suddenly boiling hot and waiting 5 minutes for cold drinking water at points). Decor was a bit drab but at these great prices I guess you aren't expecting The Ritz.
Staff were really friendly and provided everything that we needed. Basically a cheap bed for the night and free WiFi (plus a hair dryer for the lady).
Older hotel- could use a good update... it's a bit rundown. Bathroom was so small I had to step out to dry off.
Great spot in Dublin- right up from O'Connell street. Staff was helpful- breakfast was good. Wireless was ok.
Room and bathroom a bit pokey TV not working properly
Staff and bed Peace and quiet
