Centrally located Convenient Helpful and friendly staff Baggage room of benefit Good breakfast
Needed a lift Could do with some TLC internally Room was quite bright Some noise for outside from bus stops
Good value in central location Some redecoration needed but can forgive this as it is such good value
Soap in bathroom too high for when having a bath and some redecoration needed would be good to have hair drier but price is so good
I really enjoyed the central location of the guesthouse in Dublin.
It's a disgrace that Charles Stewart Guest house rents rooms. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Room small and hot. Open skylight above bed which I couldn't close. Just as well it didn't rain!
Good lit and helpful staff
Breakfast wasn't great
Staff friendly and helpful.
The whole place needed a bit of TLC. Has potential but needs a lot of work.
The linens. And the breakfast was in a basement
compact but adequate room with twins, great hot water pressure, big window, nice pillows
very low budget dining area and food quality, inadequate distance between toilet and sink (ouch)
Location is the only good thing
Beautiful building, huge double room, very friendly helpful staff
No breakfast included only as an upsell
The night staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no problem with getting in at night. Breakfast was good and hot.Coffee lovely. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable bed. Plenty of tea, coffee if you want.
The walls were a little thin . Noise from neighbouring room at times. Tea in morning not good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buses stop right outside the door. Handy to bank and food. Parking garage nearby and reasonable.
Bathroom cramped and needing some scrubbing and touchups on baseboards. Nylon curtains rotten.
very friendly and helpful
Room without a window! (except in the ceiling; no chance to air the room or control light/darkness)
Location made access to most attractions easy by foot. Also close to taxi rank and air coach stop.
No lift so you need to be able bodied to get to the third floor. Remember to ask for ground floor if needed.
The room was extremly small. The beds in the twin room tiny and squesed in a little corner, because of a built in bathroom. The matresses where realy old and trerrible. For the very high price not even breakfast included.
English breakfast and parnell square
no elevator bad painting small rooms, difficult to come around with our suitcases
The location of this B & B is perfect for touring the Dublin area. The Hop on, Hop Off bus is easily within walking distance, as is the Temple Bar area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
We booked three rooms - only one was really decent and, even though these rooms were booked months ago, one couple in our group was given a room beyond where the carpet ends! I have stayed at Charles Stewart House in the past and have been very happy with the accommodations. It seemed a bit rundown this time. Maybe it just depends on which room you end up in.
Le personnel est accueillant, l’hôtel est très bien situé. People were nice and the hotel was near to everything
Not too far from the center. 10 min from Temple Bar
Very expensive for a small smelly room. Breakfast is really poor. Very small choice. Room is quite old, with loud tubes everytime someone is using somewhere water.
grand old building ask for room 198, it is a quad, but worth the extra price.
Bathroom needs repairs
Loved how close we were to everything! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Was able to enjoy our vacation and relax!
A lot of stairs but didn't mind so much.
The staff were wonderful. They wrte helpful, polite and professional.
The whole place needs a complete make over. The decor is very tired.
