Good location in relation to O'Connell st.
Dining room in the basement- like going into the dungeon for breakfast. EXTREMELY basic. Tea and coffee in thermal flasks!! disgusting.Certainly no frills. Had to ask for a hair dryer at reception. More like a boarding house not guesthouse!!
convenience to attractions
Situation (near to the bus airport stop) Staff Price/ Quality Everyday change towels, glasses and make your bed. They replenish what you finish, coffee, milk, sugar... The bed is very confortable and you can sleep so good
It's a little old there is not an elevator
Friendly staff Great breakfast Super location
Poor house maintenance Too noisey - bus stops outside bedroom windows no safe in room room too small for double and single beds
Beds comfortable & rooms clean. Good water pressure, breakfast not bad.
Musty smell, holes in curtains, drapes didn't close, needs tons of updating. No shampoo in shower. Had to put suitcases in holding room which was in basement, too much walking to retrieve them.
Staff extremely friendly
The staff is helpful and nice. Sansational location.
The water in the shower didn't drain, the room so small, the smell was... not so good in the room, lots of stairs everywhere, no good access to dining room and in it not enough staff.
close to everything
Few steps from O'Connell Str and the airlink.
We stayed there for 2 nights and we had to keep the window opened all the time to get rid of "old house smell". The bathroom was tiny, we could barely move and they didnt include a shower mat in the towels set. Noisy street facing room.
Everything was Great! The Staff was Outstanding!
Central location friendly staff and helpful
Good value could do with some updating
Good value for money, clean.
A bit dingy. Surrounding area a bit scuzzy
Right in Parnell square, quick walk to all busses and major sites. Staff was very nice and accomidating
Bed was like sleeping on a board, pillows were so flat they were useless, washroom was so small you hit your knees on the sink while using the toilette. Our room was over looking a parking lot so it was quite loud at night.
Great value for money. Basic room in a good location. Staff have us a choice of room.
The shower was at an awkward angle which meant burning your hand
Location was good for walking around Dublin
Our room was very spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Having an ironing board is very good. A hair-drier was not available but could be borrowed at the reception. Breakfast was great! Overall, a good choice for the money!
The hotel does not have a lift, so climbing up to the fourth floor is rather tough after a tourist's hard day... One of my friends got a single room that was too small to call it a room, in addition it had only a roof window. I think the price is too high in relation to the room comfort and should be lowered; that the room is small and has no window should be communicated by the hotel when confirming a booking.
Staff was wonderful and very thoughtful. Breakfast was awesome. Very centrally located. Walking distance to shopping touring and restaurants. Will definitely be back
Bit small, but you're paying for the location, which was excellent.
location, value for money
No lifts. It can be warm inside the room.
The staff were always friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished and felt very welcoming, the food was great too and overall the hotel was really well priced. I especially liked that they were able to accommodate us with a continental breakfast at 6.30am when we had an early tour.
There was no air con (not that we really needed it) and the rooms weren't sound proof so we were awakened at 2.30am one morning by inconsiderate travellers making too much noise when leaving.
Breakfast wasn't great
very close to O'Connell Street and lots of bus options at the front door. Staff were helpful.
The room was very tight, I know I booked a single but I actually had nowhere to open my case except to put it on the bed.
Receptionist offered us - without our asking - a smaller room on ground floor as our booked room would have been on 4th floor.
Surface of wetroom floor was very slippery; could be dangerous. Sausages at breakfast could have been better quality.
Location is great- right by city center, good shower.
Oh my- dark, dingy rooms. Very old. Strange smell in room. Bed was fair. The worse feature is you can hear all your neighbors at night- TV's and talking, all floors and walls creaking loudly as people walk about.
