The staff were terrific, great service! Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is no car park, so you either pay for valet service or park a quarter of a mile away in a multi storey car park. |

Way over priced, stayed in Jurys Hotel in Cork rooms may be smaller but nicer decor more mod cons, excellent facilities. There was no value for money to pay the amount of money for just a room. The price, for what you get way over priced as previously stated, breakfast should have been included, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, did not get value for money. |

From the moment we arrived, the Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the local attractions and were able to make good reccomendations. We were offered a room upgrade to "a river view room" which was lovely. (much better than looking out onto the back of another building). It was however a bit on the noisy side at night - it didn't disturb our sleep too much and is to be expected in a city like Dublin. |

The room was lovely and the staff were very helpfull . The location of The Clarence is great for bars and shops . We were not told the bar would be closed while we were staying Sunday and Monday's ! The bar was one of the ressons why we wanted to stay at The Clarence . |

The hotel is conveniently located for the main attractions in Dublin. The staff were particularly friendly. The hotel was not 5 Star, the rooms small, no ironing or tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room. The rooms were small and the level of noise frome the street was high. |

Hotel staff exceptional, could not do enough for us Restuarant was closed - as it was a 40th birthday celebration it was our intention to celebrate in style - we weren't told of the restuarant closure until arrival, so that put a small spanner in the works. |

Welcoming and very accomodating, very clean No tea/coffee facilities in rooms, as a 5* hotel and as I've stayed in hotels of the same rating I would have expected these to be in the room, very noisy outside hotel, disturbed sleep on both nights. |

The hotel was perfectly placed (right near temple bar and the river and all the sights, but not where it's too noisy to sleep) and the staff gracious and helpful (if not overly!). Bed was large and comfortable, wonderful sheets. Ok bathroom, great view. If I hadn't gotten such a good deal, I'd have felt ripped off. Of course it is a lovely hotel, but it's pretending to be a lot fancier than it is (staff even didn't believe us that we were staying there when we were returning one night).I Think th Bathroom was small and had dirty towels in it at first. Shade on window was broken. Still, lovely place, nice rooms, good staff--always ready to help |
